Lucky 13 for Chuckles – Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY) charged with 13 counts of ethics violations by House committee

charlie-rangelReports had been circling all day that Charlie Rangel that he has reached an agreement with congressional panel investigating his “alleged” violations. Now comes word that the House ethics committee (oxymoron) has charged good ole chuckles with THIRTEEN counts of ethics violations.
