Obama’s approval ratings plunge on Reuters/Ipsos poll
Slip slidin’ away. Another poll, another revelation that the American people are finally waking up from their Obama induced coma from all the kool-aid they drank in 2008. On the typically democrat oversampled Reuters/Ipsos poll, Obama is now underwater for the first time. Obama sits at 45% approval and 52% disapproval. The previous poll taken a month ago had Obama at 48% approval and 48% disapproval. Also found in the Reuters/Ipsos poll is that 62 percent of those surveyed believe the country is on the wrong track. Oh and finally, there’s the issue of the Bush tax cuts:
On the extend vs. expire debate about tax cuts enacted under former President George W. Bush, the poll showed that 49 percent want to extend those tax cuts for all Americans, while 31 percent want the tax cuts to expire for people earning more than $200,000 a year.
