First Glenn Beck’s Restoring Honor rally gets anywhere from 300,000 to 650,000 people attending, while Sharpton was lucky if he drew 3,000 total to his race hustler event. Clowns like Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson have done more harm to blacks in this country then anyone over the last 30 years.

    You could easily tell that Beck had over a half million people there by the panoramic views and the pictures from high up in the ai; while Sharpton’s group had tight camera shots, low to the ground to fake a group shot to appear like it was a multitude, when in fact is was not.

    WOW! I’d never heard “Reverend” Al so quiet in front of a camera. It was quite refreshing, and actually he came off looking better than when he opens his mouth.

    I wouldn’t call that destroyed, but there were truths spoken, as far as they went. The change the black community needs is going to be another long battle within it’s own ‘borders’.
    Not that rotten teenagers don’t come in many colors, lol. There oughta be an island…

    The title Reverend needs to be removed. It does not fit Al Sharpton’s persona.

    Hard Truth: Sharpton, Jackson (and especially Farrakan) as the speakers/representatives of the black community just shows the utter ignorance of that community. Why blacks haven’t embrased (sp?) education as a means of betterment is beyond me.

    Individuals like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson have to keep things stirred up between blacks and whites. That’s how they make their living. Instead of joining with Beck to unite this country, Sharpton tries to drive a wedge between Americans. If Sharpton and Jackson have done so much to help people minorities, why haven’t we seen any improvement. If you want to help people then start providing job training. Encourage young people to stay in school (and I mean good schools, charter schools), and quit making people dependent on the government. Don’t hand out money or housing to anyone who can work; make them earn it so they’ll have some self-respect. Becoming dependet on the government or should I say the democratic party, only makes one a slave to them.

    I bet Glenn Beck had more black folks at his rally than Al had at his.

    That caller was dead nuts on, but he’s wrong on substance. WHY must someone in government do it for you? WHY don’t the inner cities stop killin each other on their own? I’m sick of the talking heads screaming about their issues in the inner cities, yet still keep electing these liberal/progressive leaders that do nothing but secure their jobs by keeping the inner cities in chains…WAKE UP, LOOK UP and MOVE UP!
