    The “Let’s hear your point of view” note & warning, above, was refreshing. I don’t usually bother exploring political blogs or websites, because of all the gleefully-anonymous ugliness there (particularly from the Left, which seems to revel in it). However, since attending the 8-28 rally, I’ve been cruising the Left’s sites, from the Huffington-Post on down. The malice and the gratuitous hate-speech there (insults to “teab***rs,” & dismissing all of us as “racist”), sickens me. As a Buddhist and a 20-year naval veteran, I don’t understand people who would spend any time immersing themselves in that kind of hate and pettiness. (It’s like, WORKING at making yourself LESS. Less honorable, less respectable (and respectful), less thoughtful. Never confuse cleverness with real intelligence.) On 8-28, we proved who we are. And now they are proving who THEY are. Enough said.
