Daniel Pearl’s father Judea Pearl thinks Ground Zero Mosque should be moved
Judea Pearl is the father of slain journalist Daniel Pearl. If you don’t know or remember who Daniel Pearl was, he was brutual tortured and beheaded by muslim extremists, including 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed whom the Obama regime wants to put on trial in New York City. Judea Pearl, who i’m sure will now be label a “racist” or Islamophobic says that the proposed Ground Zero Mosque should be moved. Pearl told the Jewish Telegraph agency:
Obama fail! – Dow Jones plunges under 10,000 hits lowest level in 7 weeks
Obama may not be concerned about the “day to day gyrations” of the stock market. But after finishing below 10,000, the Dow has a hit a 7 week low, while Obama munches on shrimp and lobster at Martha’s Vineyard. The Dow finished lower by 74.25 points or 0.74%, finishing at a 7 week low of 9,985.81. The S&P 500 lost 8.11 points, or 0.77%, to finish at 1047.22 and the Nasdaq Composite plunged 22.85 points, or 1.07%, to a close of 2118.69. The Dow has now dropped 700+ pts over the past 3 weeks. That’s some great recovery summer!
Meg Whitman up by 8 points over Jerry Brown for California Governor
It’s not like Meg Whitman is going to be the next Ronald Reagan as Governor of California. She may actually end up more like Arnold if she wins. But situation is again about the lesser of the two evils. Jerry Brown is a fraud, a failed progressive liberal Democrat governor from the 1970s. Whitman who trailed Brown by 2 points in a Rasmussen poll earlier in August, now leads Brown by 8 points at 48% to 40% according to the latest poll. In the land of fruits of nuts of California, this is certainly stunning, but remember Whitman has been spending like a Democrat on her campaign ads against Brown too.
MSNBC nutjob Ed Schultz threatens staff, “I’m going to torch this place!”

According to the New York Post, the MSNBC nut and talk show screamer Ed Schultz had a meltdown in the network’s 30 Rock newsroom, shouting at staff, “I’m going to torch this place!” During the “The Ed Show”, Schultz lost it during a phone call in the packed studio and slammed down the phone before going apesh*t.

“Ed was furious the network was running election-night promos and he wasn’t in them. He’d been arguing on the phone with marketing, then he slammed down the phone and exploded. It was like Mel Gibson had entered the newsroom.”

Why bother reading bills that you sponsor? It wastes time. That’s essentially what Democrat from Montana Max Baucus had the nerve the say at forum in Montana with Obama regime’s Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. When asked by an audience member Baucus had read the whole bill, and also according to The Hill saying before the answer:
“if not, that is the most despicable, irresponsible thing.” “if not, that is the most despicable, irresponsible thing.”
Baucus replied:
“I don’t think you want me to waste my time to read every page of the healthcare bill, You know why? It’s statutory language. … We hire experts.”
Even more Americans now against Ground Zero Mosque – 71% according to CBS poll
While the left wing wants to make the issue about “religious freedom” and no the sensitivity of building the Ground Zero Mosque, more Americans are against the idea of building the mosque according to the latest CBS poll. Most of these same people polled realized that developers have the right to build the mosque. No matter how slimy, and anti-American they might be. 71% are now feel it’s inappropriate to build the mosque so close to Ground Zero, yet 67% believe that these dirtbags have every right to build it. See left wing nuts? It’s a sensitivity issue. I know that’s a hard thing for you to understand.

Look, I can’t stand Nancy Pelosi. I can’t stand her policies, i can’t stand her as a person, and I can’t stand her phoniness. But I would never do what a desperate Democrat from Alabama did at a recent townhall meeting. Bobby Bright who is for a tough re-election bid this fall being in a conservative district, but a part of the marxistcrat party joked that maybe Nancy Pelosi will “get sick and die” when asked by constituents about her. Had this been a Republican I would be as outraged as I am with Bright being a Democrat. The media of course will mainly ignore this since Brown is a Democrat, but that doesn’t excuse what he did. Violent Anti Ground Zero Mosque person stabs Muslim cab driver in NYC – oh wait alleged assailant Michael Enright is a left winger and big supporter of the mosque!
Yet again, we see the left wing biased media jump to conclusions, automatically assuming that the stabbing of a Muslim New York cab driver was someone who is against the Ground Zero Mosque, and has some sort of “Islamophobia”. Take for instance the original story title about the stabbing posted by The Village Voice with the title:

Yet facts are a very tough thing to handle, especially for the progressive liberal media filth that dominates the media. Even Politico’s Journolist hack Ben Smith was forced to the admit the truth. Michael Enright, is — according to his Facebook page an admited progressive and supporter of the Park51 Ground Zero Mosque project. Left wing website called Intersections International, says Michael Enright is/was a student at the School of Visual Arts and a volunteer for Intersections, which recently produced a statement of support for the Park51 project, and is funded by the mainstream, liberal Collegiate Church of New York.

More recovery summer: New home sales fall 12.4% in July
Recovery Summer continues to hum along nicely doesn’t it? New U.S. single-family home sales fell “unexpectedly” fell in July. This sets yet another dubious record for slowest pace of sales. According to Fox Business, prices were the lowest in more than 6-1/2 years, government data showed Wednesday. The Obama regime’s Commerce Department announced that new home sales dropped 12.4% to a total 276,000 unit annual rate. This is the level lowest since the series started in 1963, and lower than from a downwardly revised 315,000 units in June. Analysts were expecting new home sales to stay at about 330,000. So much for Reuters’s analysts.

Police aren’t releasing the man’s name until charges are officially filed. No motive was given for the attack, though one could suspect that the perpetrator is not a fan of the congressman. Given what we know of him — 50, white, angry — he certainly fits the demographics of a Tea Party member.
There’s only one little problem. According to Gateway Pundit, the suspect was reportedly a disgruntled progressive activist employed by Russ Carnahan. An unnamed source familiar with the case released the information. Suspect Chris Powers reportedly was upset because he did not get paid so he firebombed the Carnahan finance offices at 2 in the morning.
What a complete shock. So i guess part of the story is right. He is a middle aged, angry white with a lot of progressive liberal guilt. Maybe Powers (any relation to Kirsten?) learned his firebombing skills from Bill Ayers?
Major Garrett to leave Fox News for National Journal
Left wing nut jobs must be dancing in the streets this morning at the news Major Garrett is leaving Fox News on September 3rd for something called “National Journal.” Garrett was one of the few in the White House Press Corps that actually had the cajones to ask Obama/Gibbs tough questions and wasn’t intimidated by the Chicago machine. I cringe at the thought as to who might replace him. According to Hotair, Wendell Goler and Mike Emanuel into a rotation for the White House beat. Couldn’t National Journal have just taken Carl Cameron instead? Major Garrett, will become a Congressional correspondent for National Journal.
Could Joe Miller possibly win the Alaska GOP Primary over RINO Lisa Murkowski?
Update: with 100% of the precincts reporting, Joe Miller leads Murkowski by 1,668 votes! About 15,000 absentee ballots remain. Final tally for absentee ballots occurs on September 8.
Well I guess I didn’t miss the declaration of the official winner while I slept last night. (And to think, I considered staying up an extra hour or two to follow this). With 97.9 % of the vote counted, Joe Miller still holds a lead over RINO Lisa Murkowski. Joe Miller currently has 45,909 of the vote for 51.09% of the total. RINO Lisaa Murkowski has 43,949 and 48.91% of the vote. The hold up appears to be the absentee ballots that are still out and wouldn’t be counted until August 31st. It’s looking more and more like Murkowski should call up Al Franken’s “recount” lawyers for help.
Yawn – RINO John McCain wins Arizona Primary
No surprises out of Arizona. RINO John McCain and Jan Brewer won their primary races as expected. As Michelle Malkin notes, RINO McCain spent a whopping $21 million in campaign funds to hold on to his seat. Would have been nice if McCain would have fought as hard to be President in 2008 as he did to beat J.D. Hayworth. Neither McCain nor Hayworth were worth s*it as far as I’m concerned. Now McCain can stop pretending to be a conservative and go back to his normal ways, as he will re-election easily. Like, I’m totally like sure like his daughter is totally happy! Like for sure!

Florida Primary winners Kendrick Meek, Rick Scott and especially Marco Rubio
With Kendrick Meek winning the Florida Democrat nomination for the Senate, the real winner in all of this is Marco Rubio. Rubio, faced no challenge in the GOP primary, as orange faced traitor Charlie Crist is running as a liberal independent. As mentioned earlier, with Meek winning the Dem nomination, this gives Marco Rubio an even better chance of winning the general election in November.
For Florida’s governorship to replace orange face, Democrat Alex Sink has won her primary, and Rick Scott beat Bill McCollum in a very close race. And lastly, in Florida’s 8th District, Daniel Webster will face Democrat nutjob Alan Grayson for Congress.

State Department officials were aware of the “moderate” Muslim Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf’s outrageous comments that he made in 2005.
“We tend to forget, in the West, that the United States has more Muslim blood on its hands than Al Qaeda has on its hands of innocent non-Muslims.”
According to Fox News, State Department Spokesman P.J. Crowley as usual defended Rauf’s outrageous comments, and claims they were taken out of context.
Muslim American Mosque Supporter on Ground Zero Mosque – Get over 9/11
At 51 Park Place in New York City–the proposed Ground Zero mosque location– Eyeblast.tv interviewed an American Muslim supporter of the mosque. Muslim when questioned about the mosque said “get over” 9/11 and that despite Manhattan having over 200 mosques, they need to keep the location of the mosque “right here.”
“God d****it, my wife is Jewish. Come on you guys, get over it”, the man said in regards to 9/11 after trying to draw an analogy using the Vietnam War. Right after he says to “get over it”, a lady responded “Oh my God, I’m not going to get over it- it happened right there”, pointing towards Ground Zero. An argument then breaks out between the two. In typical leftist debating fashion, he later calls her a “racist”.
