Marco Rubio up by 8 points over Charlie Crist if Kendrick Meek wins Florida primary tonight
If Kendrick Meek wins the Democrat nomination for Senate tonight in the Florida primaries, this bodes very well. Not for Meek, but for Marco Rubio. According to the latest left wing PPP poll, if Meek wins the nomination, as he is expected to do easily, Marco Rubio would begin the general election in the lead at 40%, followed by Charlie Crist at 32%, and Meek at 17%. Should Jeff Greene pull of an upset tonight, Rubio would begin at 37%, Crist at 36%, and Greene at only 13%. This same poll in mid July had the orange flip flopper Crist ahead of Rubio by 6 points with Meek being the Democrat challenger. Or should I say, the other Democrat challenger.

Obama weekly job approval average hits new low of 43% at Gallup – matches Jimmy Carter at this point during presidency
job approval rating hit a new low of 43% for the week of Aug. 16-22, down one percentage point from the previous weekly low set a week ago on Gallup’s tracking. This puts Obama at EXACTLY the same approval rating average as Jimmy Carter at this point in their presidency. What a coincidence huh?

Slip slidin’ away. Another poll, another revelation that the American people are finally waking up from their Obama induced coma from all the kool-aid they drank in 2008. On the typically democrat oversampled Reuters/Ipsos poll, Obama is now underwater for the first time. Obama sits at 45% approval and 52% disapproval. The previous poll taken a month ago had Obama at 48% approval and 48% disapproval. Also found in the Reuters/Ipsos poll is that 62 percent of those surveyed believe the country is on the wrong track. Milking the whole “firing” thing after the Breitbart video tape as much as she can, Shirley Sherrod has declined a job offer from the USDA. Nearly a month since whole episode unfolded, Sherrod said she needs to “take a break.” A break from WHAT exactly? How’s that “Recovery Summer” thingy working out for you? In yet another sign this economy is headed towards a “double dip” recession, existing home sales plummeted 27.2% in July to an annualized pace of 3.83 million units from a downwardly-revised 5.26 million units in June. This is the lowest level in 15 years! Buying activity in the residential real estate market slowed dramatically in July, according to a report released Tuesday by the National Association of Realtors. The dramatic plunge is yet another sign the U.S. economy may be heading toward a slowdown or double-dip recession. According to Fox Business, existing home sales are now down 25.5% from July 2009 and have hit the lowest level since May of 1995.

Nutty Hillary Clinton blames Pakistan’s floods on global warming
My only question is, what took so long for a left wing nut in this regime to blame the Pakistan floods on global warming? There weren’t any comments made about this from the Obama regime or anyone else when Nashville had it floods this year, or that the west coast of the United States has had one of it’s coolest summer on record. Yet as the Obama regime scrambles to try and get its Cap and Trade bill passed by the lame duck session of congress, Hillary is apparently becoming a shrill for them. Clinton, in an interview with Pakistan’s Dawn TV, said “there is a linkage” between the recent spate of deadly natural disasters and climate change, according to Fox News.

As Obama kicks back on his 3rd vacation since July, and sixth since the start of 2010, trucks drove to Iran’s first reactor and began loading tons of uranium fuel into the nuclear power plant. The bulls*it spewed by Iran, Russian and even the Obama regime say that this is a a symbol of Iran’s “peaceful intentions” to produce nuclear energy. The real reason for this is to triumph over those who knew Iran should never be allowed to get this far in the first place. This is also a major threat to Israel, who had the small window of opportunity to take this reactor out before the fuel rods began being loaded. They let it go through, and now the consequences could be disastrous. The AP (remember, don’t mention Ground Zero Mosque” tried to sugar coat the “milestone.”

I’ve been to the Smithsonian once i’m my lifetime, and it was 4 years ago. Needless to say upon reading that Mrs.Antoinette aka Michelle Obama is getting her own personal mug shot display in the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, I wouldn’t be going back any time soon. Thankfully, the portrait are on view only through July 2011. Maybe Mrs. America Hater picked it up in Spain at the Bazzar while on vacation. It looks like a cheap silk screen anyway.

The first KING Channel 5 Senate poll spells more bad news for marxistcrat Patty Murray for the 2010 Washington Senate seat election.
