Another day, another Gallup record for Obama – 51% disapproval
Obama’s Ground Zero Mosque endorsement has done wonders for his approval and disapproval ratings. Even on Gallup. The day Obama endorsed the Mosque, he was at 46% approval and 47% disapproval. Today, as of August 17th, Obama sits at 42% approval and now a record high of 51% disapproval. This represents a 4% drop in approval and 4% rise in disapproval since endorsing the Mosque in front of a bunch of Muslims at the Friday Ramadan dinner. How’s that endorsey mosquey working out for you Obama/Progressives?
Rumors about Muslim leaders abandoning plans for Ground Zero Mosque appear to be false
Earlier today, Haaretz reported that Muslim leaders to were planning to abandon plans for the Ground Zero Mosque. They said that there would be an announcement about this and plans to move the Mosque to another location in the next few days. Apparently, this seems to be all nothing more than a false rumor. The New York Daily News’ Sam Goldsmith spoke with the developer of the mosque Sharif El-Gamal. El-Gamal said that the rumors were complete misinformation and totally wrong.
Violent Anti-Israel Muslim Ahlam Mohsen throws pie in the face of Michigan Senator Carl Levin
I was searching for this story on the usual lame stream media sites and broadcasts, but was only able to find it at Detroit Free Press (via Michelle Malkin’s blog). I guess that’s because the individual who tossed got an apple pie into the face of Michigan Democrat Senator Carl Levin was a Muslim, and not some “racist, teabagger redneck.” The individual’s name is Ahlam Mohsen, and during a question-and-answer session for the Mecosta County Democrats meeting at Pepper’s Café and Deli in Big Rapids deli, Mohsen tossed the pie into the face of Levin after he was criticized for his stance on foreign policy and defense of Israel. Carl Levin is 76 years old.

Harry Reid opposes Ground Zero Mosque – obviously Reid is a hater, racist, and islamophobe
Harry Reid who doesn’t think Hispanics could be Republicans, tourists to DC are smelly, and Obama doesn’t have a “negro” dialect must be a hater, racist, and is an Islamophobe. Why? Aside from already proving the be one with past statements and action, he doesn’t like the idea of the Ground Zero Mosque being near, well Ground Zero. Any one who opposes the Ground Zero Mosque has been called these same things by left wing nut jobs and Muslims who want the Mosque. Could it be that Reid really feels this way? Or that Reid simply knows this issue is poison to support, and Reid knows he’s in deep Shiite (yes, I said Shiite purposely left wing spelling police) in his Senate run in Nevada. Obama has seen his favorable ratings drop 4% since he endorsed the Ground Zero Mosque, Reid has very little approval rating at all, let alone any more to spare.

Lets begin with a review. Before Obama endorsed the Ground Zero Mosque on Friday the 13th at a White House Ramadan dinner, Obama’s numbers on Gallup were 46% approval and 47% disapproval. Since the mosque support, Obama has lost 4% from his approval rating, and has no gained 3% on is disapproval rating, hitting a record of 50% today. This is the first time in Gallup’s tracking that Obama has exceeded 49% disapproval rating. Looks like the American people aren’t as excited about the idea of the “victory” Ground Zero Mosque going up 2 blocks from where the World Trade Center once stood. At least, they they sure don’t seem as excited as Barack HUSSEIN Obama is. Obama’s -8 approval index on Gallup is also a new record high.

AIP notes that part of one of the hijacked planes went through the building in question. That makes it very much a part of Ground Zero.

After trying to backtrack on his comments on Saturday while showing he is doing nothing more than voting present again, the American people aren’t fooled. As of August 15th, 2010, Obama has hit a brand new low for approval ratings of 42% on Gallup’s daily tracking poll. The same poll finds Obama at his highest disapproval rating ever recorded on that poll at 49%. The Ground Zero Mosque endorsement can do wonders for one’s approval rating, even someone like “The Messiah.” Obama is now entering Jimmy Carter terrorist, and not just with his policies.

While Obama tries to backtrack today saying basically “I was for it before I was against it”, the statement from Debra Burlingame who is co-founder of 9/11 Families for a Safe & Strong America, tears Obama a new one. The cat is out of the bag, and no matter how hard Obama and his lapdogs in the media try to cover it, the American people know that Obama has no sympathy for the families of 9/11, nor people who are offended at the thought of the mosque being so close to Ground Zero. Obama hits record low approval on Gallup’s DAILY tracking poll
You probably heard about a week ago that Obama hit a record low approval rating of 41% in the USA TODAY/Gallup Poll. Today, in the Gallup DAILY tracking poll, which is a separate poll from the USA Today one, Obama has hit a brand new record low of 43% approval on the heels of his announcing he supports the Ground Zero Mosque during last night’s Ramadan dinner. The previous low for Obama was 44% which has been hit many times over the past 52 weeks and was his approval rating on Friday. I wonder how low it will go when the Ground Zero Mosque approval story really gets going come early next week.
Obama defends Ground Zero Mosque to Muslims at White House “Ramadan dinner”
Barack Hussein Obama had been silent when it came to were he stood in regards to the proposed Ground Zero Mosque in New York City a couple blocks from where the World Trade Center went down in 2001. Obama’s silence has ended at a White House Ramadan dinner called the “Iftar meal”. This meal breaks the Ramadan fast for Muslims. During the “Iftar” Obama defended the plan to build the mosque. According to the Wall Street Journal, Obama told the Muslim that America’s commitment to freedom of religion “must be unshakable.’‘ What’s next? Is New York going to change it’s state name to New Mecca? Since I’m not a birther and believe Obama is from Hawaii, I wonder how long it will be until he endorses the Japanese to build a monument at Pearl Harbor? Remember when Robert Gibbs said the Obama regime wouldn’t get involved, and it was all New York’s decision? Seems like so long ago, though it was only about a week ago when Gibbs said this:

South Carolina Democrat Alvin Greene indicted on felony obscenity charge
Another day, another Democrat criminal. Surely the charges against Alvin Greene are purely racist and Bush’s fault, but he has been indicted anyway. The grand jury indicted Greene on one felony charge of showing pornography to a South Carolina college student, according to court records. Greene told FoxNews.com that
“my lawyer’s dealing with it”
before hanging up.
Fox News again called and when they reached him who his lawyer is, Greene replied,
