Lopez is a 42-year-old central Florida illegal who is accused of not only stabbing a friend to death but also drinking his blood! The man Lopez “allegedly” killed was Macario Cruz. How’s that “Summer of Recovery” thing working out for you? Another 131,000 jobs were lost in July. In addition, May and June actually saw 97,000 fewer jobs gained, then previously reported by the Obama regime. No wonder Christian Romer quit the Obama regime to go back to teaching at commie UC Berkley. Somehow, despite the job losses in July, and fewer jobs added than previously reported in May or June, the unemployment rate didn’t change from June’s level at 9.5%. A bit fishy don’t you think? According to CNBC, analysts polled by Reuters had forecasted a loss of 65,000 total jobs and private-sector hiring increasing by 90,000. So much for that. It’s all Bush’s fault.

Finally, football on Sunday nights will be watchable again! Sports By Brooks is reporting that multiple media and network television sources confirmed that Keith Olbermann will not appear on NBC’s Football Night In America Sunday evening NFL broadcasts this coming season. The aforementioned site states that NBC officials requested the move, citing Olbermann’s weekday commitment to his MSNBC’s Countdown propaganda show. Though I guess I shouldn’t be surprised by the education system in America which is dominated by left wing nuts, Marxists and Maoists. Nor should I be surprised that a college in Chicago would allow him to “teach” either. Anyway, the terrorist Ayers is getting up there in years now, so he has decided to “retire.” No word yet if he plans to join the Obama regime. Activist Judge (Vaughn Walker) strikes again! – Overturns Prop 8 which was a California ban on same-sex marriage
Now i’m sure leftist Vaughn Walker was totally impartial in his ruling today that deemed California’s Proposition 8 ballot initiative unconstitutional. Afterall, Vaugh Walker is one of only three openly gay federal judges in the country. Surely his ideology played no part at all in his ruling right? Yea, and pigs may fly too. Proposition 8 passed in California in in November 2008 with about 52% of the vote. Not quite the margin as Missouri’s Prop C measure last night for ObamaCARE, but still a clear majority.

There’s always a chance that this video was merely edited by someone trying to get attention like Andrea Breitbart did. You can decide for yourself right now if you think this is legit or not. Given the media and especially Couric’s routine attacks at Palin, this seems like it could be legit.

It’s not often that I’d ever congratulate a Democrat, but in this case I’ll make a rare exception. Michigan State Senator Hansen Clarke (D) beat Carolyn Kilpatrick in a stunner to secure the Democratic nomination in Michigan’s 13th Congressional district. Carolyn Kilpatrick is of course the mother of Kwame Kilpatrick, the corrupt former mayor of Detroit who was recalled. So congratulations to you Mr. Clarke for defeating this corrupt U.S. Rep. Now maybe Carolyn and her son will ride off in the sunset somewhere. This district isn’t going to go Republican in the midterms or anything like that. Fox News has more:
Over 70% in the “Show Me State” of Missouri vote YES for Proposition C – show Obama they don’t want ObamaCARE
Much like Obama’s cratering approval ratings making a statement that Obama is an epic failure. Tonight, voters in the Show Me State of Missouri overwhelmingly opposed ObamaCARE’s mandate of requiring people to buy health insurance. The vote (still being counted at the time of this post) was over 73% in favor of Prop C with about 80% of the precincts reporting. in a largely symbolic slap at the Obama administration’s health overhaul. Here is Proposition C in a nutshell from the Secretary of State of Missouri’s website:
Official Ballot Title:
Shall the Missouri Statutes be amended to:
* Deny the government authority to penalize citizens for refusing to purchase private health insurance or infringe upon the right to offer or accept direct payment for lawful healthcare services?
* Modify laws regarding the liquidation of certain domestic insurance companies?It is estimated this proposal will have no immediate costs or savings to state or local governmental entities. However, because of the uncertain interaction of the proposal with implementation of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, future costs to state governmental entities are unknown.
Fair Ballot Language:
A “yes” vote will amend Missouri law to deny the government authority to penalize citizens for refusing to purchase private health insurance or infringe upon the right to offer or accept direct payment for lawful healthcare services. The amendment will also modify laws regarding the liquidation of certain domestic insurance companies.
A “no” vote will not change the current Missouri law regarding private health insurance, lawful healthcare services, and the liquidation of certain domestic insurance companies.
If passed, this measure will have no impact on taxes.
