Guess what? Obama wants another $50 BILLION stimulus for infrastructure
I guess all those “shovel-ready” projects from the nearly $1 trillion stimulus bill last year are all done or something. According to Fox News/AP, Obama now wants a $50 billion plan to upgrade the nation’s transportation networks and create jobs, bringing governors and mayors to the White House to help him make the case. Wait, wasn’t that what the original porkulus was supposed to do? I guess you can only go so far when you pay dead people and jailed people. Though i’m sure the first porkulus bill’s projects like testing cocaine on monkeys or study the odor the cow farts paid for itself.
Obama said Monday that clogged roads and crumbling infrastructure are costing American lives, eroding productivity and hindering economic growth.
