Cook Report moves Florida-8 congressional race with Alan Grayson from ‘Toss-up’ to ‘leans Republican’
What a disaster that “Taliban Dan” ad by Alan Grayson has turned out to be. The New York Times for example shows has a graph showing Webster and Grayson’s chances of winning the seat for Florida’s 8th congressional district in Orlando. Check out what happened to Grayson’s chances right after the “Taliban Dan Webster” ad started running in late September:
What a plunge! I guess thats what you call effective progressive advertising. As such the New York Times also now predicts that Daniel Webster will win this race by nearly 4 points. Right before this Grayson’s ad came out, they basically had the predicted outcome tied. One week Grayson would have a small lead, the next week Webster would have a small lead. Yet, the New York Times still rates this race as a “Toss-up.” The much more reliable Cook Political report a href=”http://hotair.com/archives/2010/10/09/cook-moves-graysons-district-to-leans-republican/” target=”_blank”>however has moved this race to “Leans-Republican” though. Does anyone else need to know what a crock of s*it NOW (National Organization for Women) really is? Less than 24 hours after the audio of Jerry Brown and his associate calling Meg Whitman a “whore” leaked out, NOW endorsed Brown for California governor. Not only do they endorse Moonbeam, they also have the audacity to “condemn” Meg Whitman’s record on woman’s issues. Yes, this is the same NOW who doesn’t say a word about left winger nuts calling Sarah Palin crazy, or Christine O’Donnell a witdh, or the various things said about Michele Bachmann. Washington Senate: Dino Rossi jumps out to a 3 point lead over Patty Murray
In a new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in Washington state, the survey finds that Dino Rossi now earns 49% of the vote, while Osama Bin Laden lover Patty Murray’s support stands at 46%. Three percent (3%) prefer some other candidate in the race, and two percent (2%) are undecided.
A week ago, the candidates were in a virtual tie as they have been through much of the year, with Rossi earning 48% to Murray’s 47%. Still, Murray’s support has fallen from a high earlier last month of 51%, while Rossi’s appears to be trending up slightly.

I can already imagine the absolute glee from the left wing at the news that Glenn Beck will take at least several days off next to undergo a series of medical tests for what TheBlaze.com describes as a “combination of conditions.” Earlier this morning (Friday) on Beck’s radio program, Glenn Beck discussed in more detail some of the physical challenges he’s been facing. Glenn told his audience that he will be taking several days off next week to undergo tests at a hospital “out west.”
The summer… err fall of recovery? 95,000 jobs lost in September, yet unemployment rate doesn’t budge
It’s amazing what a corrupt commerce department can do to try and fudge the numbers of unemployment, especially right before a midterm election. A Gallup poll had predicted that the unemployment rate would hit 10.1% which was a bit on the high side. Many other economists had predicted the rate would rise to 9.7% or 9.8%. With 95,000 jobs lost in September, this now the fourth straight month that the U.S. economy has lost more jobs than it’s gained. Now that’s what I call progressive hope and change! As usual, Reuters brought out the “unexpectedly” when reporting on this these disastrous numbers. But as Hotair reports, what’s funny is, hours later, they edited the story to remove the “unexpectedly.”

I haven’t really paid much attention to politics most of my life, until the last 5 years or so. But in all the Presidents i’ve seen in my lifetime (From Nixon to Obama) i never remember so many members of an administration (or in this case a regime) jumping ship so quickly, and before the midterm election of a President’s first term. There had been rumors that General James Jones would quit before the end of the year after all the gory details of this incompetent of this regime came in in Bob Woodward’s book. Sure enough, it became official today. Jones will be replaced by former Carter/Clinton hack, Tom Donilon. The New York Times has more on Donilon.
ObamaFAIL: Only 44% approval on progressive liberal biased CBS polling
I always love to see polls by biased organizations like CBS on Obama and the Tea Party. Especially since CBS doesn’t bother disclosing the details and demographics of the people they sample. They don’t mention how many Republicans, Independents, or Democrats they sample. They just come up with numbers based on a random telephone survey. At least CBS discloses that they samples 1,129 total people for this survey, but that’s about the extend of the specifics for you. But I digress. Obama has once again hit his all time low approval rating on the cBS polling of 44%.

Wait, where is NOW, or the various other “woman’s groups” in America showing their outrage? Oh wait, thats right, the so called woman’s groups are progressive-liberal woman ONLY. That’s why you never hear a peep out of them when Sarah Palin, Sharron Angle, or Christine O’Donnell get slandered on an hourly basis. Again, the surprise here is not that a progressive liberal Democrat like a Jerry Brown associate would say such a thing, and Moonbeam Jerry Brown would agree with it, the surprise here is that the L.A. Times actually reported it! That’s two actual relevant, non-progressive suckup stories for the L.A. Times today! Incredible! In what was supposed to be a private conversation between Moonbeam and one of his “associates”, the conservation was taped by a voicemail machine, Moonbeam Jerry Brown can be heard referring to his Republican opponent Meg Whitman as a “whore” for cutting a deal protecting law enforcement pensions as the two candidates competed for police endorsements. The trials were supposed to take place during September for these two corrupt progressive liberal Democrats. Instead, as was expected by many (including myself), the trials for these corrupt piles of garbage wouldn’t start until after the November 2nd elections. According to USA Today, Rangel’s trial will start on November 15th, and Waters will begin on November 29th. Both of these two scum are expected to win re-election easily as they are in s*ithole districts.

All you have to do is mention Fox News to a progressive liberal, and you could watch their head explode. That’s one of the main reasons why I watch it. On the heels of Joe Biden threatening to strangle any Republican that brings up the budget, comes this gem from Obama. According to Obama, if the GOP wins back Congress, it means that we are going to have just “hand-to-hand combat” on Capitol Hill. Strangely, the L.A. Times is the one who broke this story. The comments came from Obama while he was speaking on some progressive liberal named Michael Baisden’s syndicated radio show, Obama also made a direct appeal to African Americans about the importance of the November vote.
“They are fired up. They are mobilized. They see an opportunity to take back the House, maybe take back the Senate,” he said. “If they’re successful in doing that, they’ve already said they’re going to go back to the same policies that were in place during the Bush administration. That means that we are going to have just hand-to-hand combat up here on Capitol Hill.”
Mason-Dixon poll: Rubio crushing Crist by 15 points and Meek by 21
This is starting to turn into a route. Marco Rubio has surged to a 15 percentage point lead over orange traitor Charlie Crist. Rubio receives 42 percent of voters, compared to 27 percent for Crist according to the latest Mason-Dixon poll. Kendrick Meek (who I would vote for, before I’d ever vote for Crist) only receives 21 percent of the vote. Ten percent of voters remain undecided. According to the Orlando Sentinel, this puts Marco Rubio in the “catbird’s seat” to win the November election.
Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar – ‘We Do Not Have A Choice’ But To Go With ‘Clean Energy’
Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar said the Obama regime has does “not have a choice” but it must move towards a “clean energy program.” This despite two wars, “the gridlock of Congress” and “the very difficult economic time.” According to CNSNEWS, Salazar also said the United States must “do it if we want to secure the economic future of America” and “the national security of the United States.” Just more incentive to get to the polls on November 2nd, and vote against the Obama regime! It was Round 2 last night between Greta Van Susteren and Gloria Allred. The whole Meg Whitman vs Jerry Brown/Allred team appears to be working in the “state” of California as Brown has gained a slight lead in the polls. Of course, there are a lot of dumb people in California who don’t pay attention to the details, so this doesn’t surprise me. Of course as you watch the interview, Greta once again destroyed Gloria Allred. Allred seems like a typical progressive. They can’t get enough of the government teet, Allred can’t get enough of the on air beat downs by those with superior intellect.
