Great news! Alvin Greene of South Carolina might run for president in 2012!

alvin-greeneGreat news! Alvin Greene is considering a run for President! He’s not sulking about his loss to Jim DeMint last week. Alvin Greene isn’t calling in “Grief Counselors” like most House Democrats who got slaughted in last weeks elections. Instead, he is considering his future political aspirations and may run for President! According to Politico, South Carolina’s presidential filing fee for candidates was $2,500 in 2008. But the state hasn’t set it’s fees for 2012 yet.

“Maybe. I’ll have to see,” Greene told POLITICO when asked whether he was considering filing to run for president. He confirmed that he called the state party Tuesday to ask about the fee.

Oh and btw. This Democrat just so happens to be facing misdemeanor and felony pornography charges

Sounds like the ideal Democrat candidate to me!
