Activist judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange blocks Oklahoma from certifying anti-Sharia law constitutional amendment
Elections have consequences, unless of course a progressive liberal activist judge like Vicki Miles-LaGrange doesn’t approve of the results. According to AP, Miles-LaGrange has granted a request to prevent the state of Oklahoma from certifying election results for a constitutional amendment that would ban Sharia law and other forms of international law from being used in the state when deciding cases.
U.S. District Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange said Monday she granted the preliminary injunction against State Question 755 until she rules on the merits of a challenge to the law. The law was approved by 70 percent of Oklahoma voters in a Nov. 2 referendum.
