Activist judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange blocks Oklahoma from certifying anti-Sharia law constitutional amendment

ksmjk0Elections have consequences, unless of course a progressive liberal activist judge like Vicki Miles-LaGrange doesn’t approve of the results. According to AP, Miles-LaGrange has granted a request to prevent the state of Oklahoma from certifying election results for a constitutional amendment that would ban Sharia law and other forms of international law from being used in the state when deciding cases.

U.S. District Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange said Monday she granted the preliminary injunction against State Question 755 until she rules on the merits of a challenge to the law. The law was approved by 70 percent of Oklahoma voters in a Nov. 2 referendum.

    Why does Judge Andrew Napolitano REFUSE to speak on this issue?
    WE NEED HIM NOW!!!
    Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and John Quincy Adams ALL knew the dangers of sharia, and islam.
    Trying to seperate sharia law from islam is like trying to seperate the WET part from WATER!!!
    Do we really think that the Founders would say its ok for a hateful, and controlling POLITICAL ideology, to propogate its message by HIDING behind the sheild of religious Freedom?
    Where does this so-called “judge” get the authority to OVER RULE THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE???
    No one’s freedom to practice their religion was infringed upon.
    Why cant this so-called “judge” see that?
    The law didnt ban the religion, it banned the out dated barbaric 7th century LAWS that went with it!
    Add another “activist” judge to the list, to go along with an increasing amount that pay NO attention to OUR CONSTITUTION, and give more RESPECT AND CREDENCE to out dated barbaric law because GOD FORBID WE SHOULD OFFEND ANYONE ANYTIME ANYWHERE AT ANY COST!!!
    Even if that means that a woman who was raped, is decapitated, or if a homosexual is thrown from a building, or if an apostate is killed, because its their law…..
    God forbid we should offend someone’s barbaric LAWS!!
    This so-called “judge” should be removed from the bench, and disbarred, never again to enjoy the office of public service, to ANYONE, at ANYTIME, ANYWHERE for ANY REASON…because it might just cost that person their life.

    So lets enforce Shari’a start by stoning homo-sexuals. If that mindless liberal drone sees Sharia for what it is, I bet she reverses her decision with the quickness. Their are lots of fun Shari’a law based activities to get involved in I bet.

    That’s (one of) the problem with liberals. They can’t see far enough ahead. They all think they’ll be sitting pretty when muslims take over because they helped. When in fact, most of them will be among the first to be killed. It’s mostly the liberal debauchery that the muslims hate to begin with! The gay sex, the sex parades, the crap coming out of hollowood etc…. yeah, they’ll be the first to go.
    But it is a good idea, maybe then they’ll wakes up.

    I don’t see the problem here really. The muslims say that sharia law will never be instituted in America, so they don’t need a law. if THAT is the case, then why whine about the law? The law only codifies what they’re already saying.

    But! cair, the muslim group, has already said that their ultimate goal is to take over America and make it a completely muslim country. So it sounds like a law IS needed.

    And the fact that cair is now hailing this as a “victory”, that should be telling somebody, somewhere, SOMETHING!!!

    Make no mistake, the muslims have just been given a foothold in America. This country is so over with. Unless the rest of us are willing to stand up and FIGHT for it, it’s over with.

    Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof . . . These words, which were ratified in December, 1791, form the opening of the Federal Constitution’s first Amendment Mr. Awad, how u divide your loot is your business. You can create a will as a devil worshiper and still have your will respected. Having said this, in America, anyone can contest a will, that doesn’t mean its invalid. I think by not passing this law, one can argue that stoning one’s wife is a husband’s legal right.
