Chuckles Rangel might be in trouble again. The old, corrupt progressive liberal Marxist from Harlem just can’t help him. Literally. According to the New York Post, Charles Rangel, whose ethics trial starts tomorrow at 3pm EST on CSPAN, appears to have improperly used his National Leadership PAC money to pay for his defense. Looks like Rangel tapped took $293,000 to pay his main legal-defense team this year and then took another $100,000 from the PAC in 2009 to pay lawyer Lanny Davis. I wonder. Is this the same Lanny David who regularly appears on Fox News?

Another facepalm moment. If the reports at the Washington Post are correct, Khalid Sheik Mohammed may NEVER see a trial at all, and just continue to waste away in Gitmo. According to the article, the Obama regime has concluded that it cannot put Mohammed on trial in federal court because of the opposition in New York. The regime is also afraid to use military prosecution on Mohammed because it would “alienate” progressive liberal supporters of this regime. Yes, this is the coward of the Obama regime, and the slime that is Eric Holder.

Racist Democrats create new postition for James Clyburn ‘Assistant leader’
James Clyburn was supposed to challenge Steny Hoyer for Democrat “WHIP” in the House. This is the position Clyburn held while the Democrats were in the majority. Clyburn wanted to hold the Democrat WHIP position while Nancy Pelosi became the Minority Leader. Obviously, Democrats didn’t think much of Clyburn and forced him to give up his position to lily-white Steny Hoyer. Instead, Democrats have created a new “Number 3″ position for Clyburn called “assistant leader.” According to Politico, Nancy Pelosi, announced that she would be nominating Clyburn for the newly created “Number 3″ post in the Democratic hierarchy.
Dumb Cindy McCain was for gay rights before she was against it
Well, now we know which side of the family Meghan McCain gets her “brains” from. Fresh off her new “progressive” style short haircut and “NOH8″ campaign ad in which Cindy McCain whined about gays not being able to serve openly in the military, The Hill. points out that Cindy McCain is flip-flopping. In the NOH8 campaign ad Cindy McCain said:
“Our political and religious leaders tell LGBT youth that they have no future … They can’t serve our country openly,” McCain said in the ad, seemingly suggesting opposition to “Don’t ask, don’t tell.”
Suddenly the ditz backtracked on her endorsement of gays serving freely in the military with this tweet:

For the first time since Reconstruction Louisiana Republicans control the state legislature as former Democrat Walker Hines switches parties
State Democrats in Louisiana are jumping the sinking ship too! Walter Hines, a 26 year old member of the Louisiana state legislation has switched parties from Democrat to Republican. Hines is only 26 and obviously knows that if he wants to prolong his political future, he’d better jump off the sinking ship. With Hines party switch, this gives Republicans the majority in the Louisiana state House. Why is this significant? Because (according to American Thinker) this is the first time since the end of Reconstruction that the Louisiana Democratic Party will no longer control the state legislature. Walker Hines (District 95-New Orleans) who announced he is switching parties issued the following statement (via Dead Pelican):

$100 million of your tax dollars given to Lebanon’s army
Aren’t we already bankrupt in this country, if not close to it? What a better way to show “fiscal restraint” then to give $100 million to Lebanon’s army so that it could not only fight Israel, but our troops too! According to Haaretz, Howard Berman, who of course is a Marxist Democrat and chairs the House Foreign Affairs Committee, said he was releasing over $100 million in aid to Lebanon’s army following a U.S. review of the aid program and safeguards by the Lebanese Armed Forces, or LAF.
“I am reassured as to the nature and purposes of the proposed package,” Berman said in a news release. “As a result of these assurances, I am lifting the hold on the e100 million spending plan for the LAF.”

Chicago deserves deadfish Rahm Emanuel and vice versa! It’s certainly no surprise. Emanuel has been rumored to be seeking the Chicago Mayor nomination since he worked under the Obama regime, and when he QUIT he just got one stop closer. S0 today deadfish Rahm Emanuel officially announced he is running. This comes only a couple days after getting an egg tossed at him in a Chicago Latino neighborhood. According to the San Francisco Examiner A proposed ballot measure for set for the November 2011 ballot would amend the City’s police code “to make it a misdemeanor to circumcise, excise, cut or mutilate the foreskin of anyone who has not attained the age of 18.” Even more ironic about this is that the left wing nuts are praising this measure yelling “STOP GENITAL MUTILIATION!” Yet these are the same left wingers who support abortion. Maybe this is what Nancy Pelosi the left wing means by “cutting the deficit.”

Middle school student Cody Alicea forced to remove American flag from bike because school want to “avoid tension on campus”
Haven’t we heard this story before? American flags somehow cause “tension” in certain places it seems. A thirteen-year-old middle-school student named Cody Alicea put the flag there as a show of support for the veterans in his family. He was told by officials at Denair Middle School to remove the flag from his bike because “some students complained.” I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again (and I don’t care who it offends!) If you have a problem with the American flags being flown anywhere in America, then get the f*ck out of this country! In Denair, California which is just a bit outside of San Francisco (but is a Republican leaning district). Of course, we know those in control of our school systems are nothing but flaming progressives, no matter how Republican or conservative the district is. That’s why the American education system is in such shambles like it is. Superintendent Edward Parraz said.
