Keepin’ it classy! Joe Scarborough Tells Critics to Kiss My Ass

msdncThe 10 or 20 people who actually watch “Morning Joe” with faux conservative Joe Scarborough might have been offended, caught off guard, or simply enjoyed Scarborough’s kiss my ass moment today. People who would actually take time out of their day to watch this jackwagon sit along side airhead Mika Brzezinski must have a lot of free time on their hands. Regardless, the irony of Joe Scarborough is not only that he is a phony, but also the face he recently implored viewers to “Keep Calm and Carry On” when seeking civil political debate. Newbusters posts the reaction of not only Mika Brzezinski, but also Newsweek editor-in-chief Jon Meacham. Neither Brzezinski nor Meacham took kindly to Scarborough’s “Kiss my ass” moment. This was Scarborough’s statement:

“For all of you that made fun of me when I started saying a year-and-a-half ago that this was going to be 1994 – kiss my ass,” the co-host blurted to viewers Monday on “Morning Joe.”

A shocked co-host Mika Brzezinski gasped before Scarborough kept ranting. Newsweek editor-in-chief Jon Meacham interrupted to briefly lecture Scarborough. “Civility,” he reminded the co-host.

“Terrible. That wasn’t very civil,” Brzezinski bemoaned. Scarborough hastily apologized. “I know it wasn’t [civil]. I’m sorry. I said it jokingly, it was a punch line. I’m sorry, it was in my script – oh wait, we don’t have scripts,” he joked.
