NPR progressive hag Nina Totenberg – ‘I Was At – Forgive the Expression – a Christmas Party…’
I wonder if NPR will fire this hag for making a statement as outrageous as this? They fired Juan Williams for having in opinion by saying he gets nervous on a plane if someone is dressed in “Muslim garb.” This past weekend on “Inside Washington”, Nina Totenberg made the comment:
I want to say one thing about the budget that didn’t get passed, the omnibus bill. You know, we talk a lot about – we just passed this huge tax cut in part because business said, you know, we have to plan, we have to know what kind of tax cuts we have. Well, these agencies, including the Defense Department, don’t know how much money they’ve got and for what. And I was at – forgive the expression – a Christmas party at the Department of Justice and people actually were really worried about this. These are law enforcement people don’t know exactly what kind of money they can spend for what.
Wow! Pigford black farmers lawyer admits some of his clients “got away with murder”
The following video was posted at Big Government and is a clip of Othello Cross. He was an attorney for several Pigford claimants with about fifteen years of experience on the case. Cross admits in the video that is personally aware of hundreds of cases of fraud in the state of Arkansas alone. Othello Cross also explains how easy it was to commit that fraud and receive a $50,000 check from the government, aka your and mine tax money.
Harry Reid files for cloture on the START treaty
What great timing too! With all the stuff happening in South Korea right now, as they conduct their drills, and Vladimir Putin threatens South Korea, our own communist Harry Reid has filed for cloture on the START treaty. The vote on cloture is expected on Tuesday, and if it passes cloture, the final vote is set for Thursday. You just know Republicans will cave don’t you? According to National Review, it seems that a new RINO has emerged and has been negotiation with the Democrats behind the scenes. That RINO is none other than Bob Corker of Tennessee.

Barney Frank: The death tax (estate tax) is not punishment because heirs didn’t earn it
Hey, thanks again people of the 4th district of Massachusetts for electing (again) this piece of sh*t! The interview conducted by Maria Bartiromo with Barney Frank this past Friday resembled something that you would expect to see between gasbag Bill O’Reilly or someone else on Fox News. CNBC being a part of GE is in Obama and the Democrat’s back pocket, so he should have been comfortable doing this interview. Bartiromo has never struck me as being partisan one way or the other, so it’ just another example of how Barney Frank is (as we needed any more proof.) According to the progressive liberals like Barney Frank, the death tax is not a “punishment” because the heirs who inherit the money “did nothing to earn it.”

Shhh..Senate sneaks in Food Safety and Modernization Act with unanimous vote
It’s been so quiet in the media today that you could hear a pin drop. The media is still creaming itself over the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t tell, and still whining about the failure of the nightmare amnesty Dream Act’s failure on Saturday. While the media was busy falling over itself over Saturday’s issues, on Sunday the Senate unanimously passed the Food Safety and Modernization Act. This means more government intrusion in your life, and you’d better be careful if you have one of those home vegetable gardens. Yes, even those 42 “limited government” Republicans voted for this too. The bill now heads to the House will it will easily pass and then be signed by Obama. This gives even more power to the FDA.
Another Obama promise broken: Joe Biden says U.S. will be out of Afghanistan by 2014
What happened to being out of Afghanistan by the summer of 2011 Mr. President? Gitmo closed in 2009? Nope. Unemployment rate under 8% once stimulus bill passed? Nope. ObamaCARE will bend the cost curve “down?” Eh. Not so much. I could go on and on with all the Obama lies and campaign promises broken, but I don’t want to exceed my host’s bandwidth usage limit. The latest promise however is Afghanistan. Last year how announced he was sending about three quarters the amount of troops requested and said the U.S. would be out of Afghanistan by the summer of 2011. Well, chalk that up as another lie. According to Vice President Joe Biden, “come hell or high water” we’ll be totally out of there by 2014. Progressive liberals aren’t that great at math, but that’s three years later than the Obama regime promised.

Faux “centrist” Democrat Joe Manchin skips votes on Dream Act and Don’t ask Don’t tell to attend Christmas party
What a fraud. Joe Manchin is no veteran of the Senate. He was elected in November to replace the dead Robert Byrd. He was seated a few days after beating Republican Jjohn Raese campaigning as a “centrist” Democrat who wouldn’t be a rubber stamp for the Obama policies. He shot the Cap and Trade bill in a campaign ad, and that eventually propelled him to the win. West Virginia is a state that probably has the lowest approval rating of any state for Obama, somewhere in the 20 percents. So you would think things like Don’t Ask Don’t Tell and the Amnesty DREAM act wouldn’t be popular in that state either. So to cover his a*s I guess with his party and to not be on record as supporting these two far left bills, Manchin didn’t even bother voting. Instead, he popped off to a Christmas party instead. Manchin seems more like Obama than one could have imagined.
Deal reached by McConnell and Reid to fund the government through March
At least that’s what McConnell said today on CNN. The so called ”continuing resolution” — would prevents the government from shutting down, which some people “feared” might happen when that park laden omnipork bill was introduced by Dingy Harry Reid.
DREAM act hidden in H.R. 5281 aka Removal Clarification Act of 2010?
The DREAM act, or backdoor amnesty may be dead in the form of the “official” DREAM act, but another bill that has already passed the House called the “Removal Clarification Act of 2010″ may accomplish what the DREAM Act intended to do. I haven’t heard a peep about this bill anywhere in the media. Since the jackwagons in Congress don’t bother reading bills themselves, check out some of the wording in this bill:
Another Harry Reid epic failure! DREAM Act cloture vote fails 55-41
This is the issue of the day that was most important to me, not the Don’t ask, Don’ tell repeal. Thankfully the nightmare amensty “Dream Act” cloture vote failed today 55-41. It needed 60 yes votes to go to a full vote. Had this bill passed, I think it would have done far more damage to the country than repealing Don’t ask, Don’t Tell. Of course, i’m not military expert either. The RINO Republican idiots who voted yes on cloture for this included retiring Bob Bennett of Utah, DICK Lugar of Indiana who needs to get primaried in 2012 and sore loser Lisa Murkowski of Alaska.
Don’t ask Don’t tell repealed – Harry Reid tweets to Lady Gaga
I’ve stated before that if gays wanted to serve the country freely and openly, i wasn’t opposed to it. But making major changes like this during wartime wasn’t a good idea in my opinion. Be that as it may, the Senate repealed Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell today by a vote of 65-31. The eight so called “Republicans” who voted for this include North Carolina’s Richard Burr, the Maine twins Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe, Massachusetts RINO Scott Brown and newly elected Illinois RINO Mark Kirk. Outgoing Ohio RINO George Voinovich and sore loser Lisa Murkowski also voted yes. Aside from Burr, the other surprise vote was by John Ensign of Nevada. The other jackwagon from Nevada Harry Reid was so excited that he tweeted Lady Gaga to announce “DADT is on it’s way to becoming history.” Lady Gaga or not, this now presents an interesting question. Will gays/lesbians/transsexuals be deployed in Muslim countries?

Julian Assange walks away from ABC interview, calls interviewer Jim Sciutto a “tabloid schmuck”
Well Julian Assange is right on this one at least. All three of the alphabet American networks are nothing but tabloid schmucks. They are also big fans of Julian Assange and treasonous snake Bradley Manning. Yet when one of ABC’s tabloid schmucks named Jim Sciutto tried to ask Assange about the “alleged” rape charges, he didn”t like it very well. He pulled a Whoopie Goldberg and Joy Behar and decided to leave the interview. Most be something about ABC.

Fishy. House funds government for only three more days
Something fishy is going on again. While the Harry Reid $1.1 trillion dollar porkubus bill may be dead, the House has voted to fund the government for only three more days, requiring a return next week to seek another funding extension. According to The Hill, Steny Hoyer (D-Md.), whined on the House floor about how the decision wouldn’t be popular.
“There are at least 434 of my colleagues who are not happy about anything right now,” Hoyer said. “I want you to know I will make that a unanimous judgment. I’m not happy, either.”
Video: Obama signs tax bill giving tax cuts two millionaires and billionaires
Democrats and Obama! Fighting for the “middle class” signs the tax bill that left wing nuts all around the country whined that only benefits the evil rich millionaires and billionaires. The Bush tax cuts as they were once called are now officially called the Obama tax cuts for the rich! Tis a pity that Obama doesn’t fight as hard for the middle class and poor people he does for the evil rich like George Soros. On the bright side, Obama can now pop off to Hawaii for his Christmas vacation.

Government Motors recalls 111,136 Chevy Equinox
Government ownership, same crappy cars and SUVs. According to Fox Business, General Motors aka Government Motors said it is recalling 111,136 because the anchor to the seatbelt buckle may fail, which could lead to injury in a crash. Great work UAW! Of the total 111,136 recalled vehicles, 67,805 are Equinox models, 29,926 are Terrain models, and 13,405 are SRX models.

Bush Tax cut extensions for two years HR 4853 passes the House, Pomeroy amendment fails
Another failure for the progressives. Despite their class warfare rhetoric, despite wanting the death tax to be even higher than 35%, the Bush tax cuts were extended for two more years, and will likely become the centerpiece of the 2012 presidential campaign. While I don’t like this bill, especially with all the subsidies, I suppose it’s better than the progressive liberal alternative of jacking up taxes on everyone. The Bush tax cut extension bill HR4853 passed by a margin of 277-148. As the final minutes counted down on the vote, whiny progressive liberal Democrats in the chamber booed.

Obama ditches press briefing room again and lets a Clinton take control
Another day, another press briefing ditched by Obama. He appeared before in the White House Briefing Room and decided to leave AGAIN! And yet again, he decided to leave a Clinton to take control. This time it was Hillary Clinton instead of Bill. again left midway through, and again let a Clinton take control. This time it was Hillary Clinton at the driver’s seat.

Harry Reid FAIL! Pork omnibus bill is dead!
Sorry porkfest Democrats and especially Republicans, Harry Reid’s Porkubus bill is dead! Yes, that $1.1 trillion monstrosity has been pulled by Harry Reid because he couldn’t muster enough votes (from even his own fraud Democrat party) to get it passed. Even the nine or so Republicans who would have voted for this pork filled bill weren’t enough to overcome it. Left wing Politico reports that outgoing loser Utah RINO Robert Bennett worked actively to round up as many as nine potential Republican votes for the porkubus bill, but these numbers rapidly evaporated amid personal attacks and the uproar this week over spending earmarks in the package.
Drama queen Keith Olbermann suspends twitter account over Michael Moore’s “hooey” comment on Julian Assange rape allegations
The drama queen is at it again. Still failing in the ratings even after his MSNBC “suspension” stunt, Olbermann is at it again. Today he “suspended” his own twitter account by removing his avatar and “unblocking” people who are furious at him and doughboy Michael Moore for over comments made during while discussing the rape allegations against Julian Assange. Doughboy Michael Moore dismissed the accusations as “hooey” and Olbermann, is notorious for being a misogynist didn’t challenge Moore. In fact, Olbermann ignored the statement and started talking about Michael Moore’s favorite baseball team, the Detroit Tigers. Feminists are now pissed at both Olbermann and Moore.
Dingy Harry Reid: Obama is trying to steal power! Earmarks are a constitutional duty
This is comical. Harry Reid accuses Obama of trying to “steal power” while claiming earmarks (aka pork barrel spending) are a “constitutional duty.” I don’t remember Obama ever opposing this ridiculous pork filled omnibus bill, nor do I remember any part of the constitution stating the earmarks (pork) are required by the Congress of the United States. Maybe some progressive liberals should educate me.
