    Only one problem with this bill, which I absolutely approve of. Where is the authorization clause in the Constitution for them to do this. I’m not questioning whether or not they can. But they did promise to put that on every bill, right up front,
    this clause is what authorizes the Congress to do this or that. They should have put it on their first bill don’t you think ?
