Obama regime will continue to implement Obamacare even though law has been voided by Florida Judge

Despite ObamaCARE being ruled unconstitutional by Florida judge Roger Vinson, and not even attempting to get a stay on ObamaCARE, the regime will go ahead with implementation anyway. Robert Gibbs in his last week as Press Secretary (and the worst one in the history of America) told CNSNews.com today that the administration will “rightly” continue to implement ObamaCARE.


“There are many courts that have heard many cases on this. More than 12 have dismissed the case,” he told CNSNews.com. “Two have ruled in our favor as to its constitutionality. Two have ruled against us. Implementation of the health care bill rightly continues to move forward as the law of the land.”
