Shocker! Hosni Mubarak not leaving until September

egypt-flagAll morning, the newscasters were saying Hosni Murbarak was going to make a bombshell announcement that he was leaving office like the Egyptian people seemed to want. He was scheduled to speak at certain times, and it kept getting delayed and delayed. Finally, at about 1pm PST, Mubarak gave his speech and announced he is still NOT leaving office until the September elections.

Needless to say the people in Egypt are furious over this. We will monitor the situtation over the coming hours, but the worst may be yet to come.
