Not to learn about the history of the government or anything, but rather to act as pawns for the Wisconsin teacher’s union protesting Scott Walker’s proposed budget cuts. The silence has been deafening by so called woman’s groups denouncing the sexual assault of Lara Logan in Egypt by the so called “peace loving, democracy craving Egyptians.” The media finally got around today to mentioning the Lara Logan story that apparently CBS tried to hide, but they tippy toed around the sexual assault part. Why would they do that? Could it be because the attackers of Lara Logan yelled “Jew! Jew!” at her? A network source told The New York Post that her attackers screaming, “Jew! Jew!” during the assault, yet not one mention anywhere in the media, or alphabet networks. Hmm.
Hit the road jackass! Nir Rosen resigns from NYU, quits twitter
Hey Nir Rosen, don’t let the door hit your ass on the way out either! According to National Review (who broke the original story yesterday) Karen J. Greenberg who is the executive director of the NYU Center on Law and Security issued the following weak, tepid statement:
Nir Rosen is always provocative, but he crossed the line yesterday with his comments about Lara Logan. I am deeply distressed by what he wrote about Ms. Logan and strongly denounce his comments. They were cruel and insensitive and completely unacceptable. Mr. Rosen tells me that he misunderstood the severity of the attack on her in Cairo. He has apologized, withdrawn his remarks, and submitted his resignation as a fellow, which I have accepted. However, this in no way compensates for the harm his comments have inflicted. We are all horrified by what happened to Ms. Logan, and our thoughts are with her during this difficult time.

Get ready to rumble? The anti Israel forces are out on blogs and twitter threatening Israel if they defend themselves as usual. The two Iranian warships are allegedly going to pass through the Suez Canal to reach Syria. Israel is of course watching this closely and will act if provocative.

Nir Rosen has capped off quite a day for the progressive liberal filth in America. Earlier it was reported that a popular far left blog called Herman Cain a “Monkey in the Window.” Then it was the Lara Logan story. When first reported, some left wing lunatic on twitter named Nir Rosen made the comment that Logan is a “war monger.” Nir Rosen also joked Anderson Cooper (the tweet has since been deleted.)
“Lara Logan had to outdo Anderson. Where was her buddy McCrystal.”
According to the Daily Caller, he went further, writing that he would have been amused if Anderson Cooper had also been sexually assaulted.
So who exactly is Nir Rosen anyway? He is a fellow at the New York University Center on Law and Security. According to Wikipedia, he has also written for the Washington Post, Atlantic Monthly, New York Times Magazine, the Boston Review, and Harper’s.
Nir Rosen has also appeared on television. On Russia Today, Rosen said Al Qaeda’s threat to US is a lie.

The communist city of Berkeley, California is getting ready to vote on whether or not to “welcome” Gitmo detainees to live in their city. Code Pink of course is at to forefront of this push, to “welcome” the freed detainees to the city. One of them was on the Hannity show tonight named Holly Harwood. Appearing with Hannity and Jay Sekulow, Holly Harwood made the statement of how she would love the freed detainees to come to Berkeley. In fact, Holly Harwood is so excited about the prospect, that she has even set aside a bedroom in her home for them!

CBS and their reporters are not usually being defended on this site, but this goes beyond left and right (at least for the primary purpose of this story). I don’t even know anything about Lara Logan since I don’t watch CBS, but Michelle Malkin says she always admired Lara Logan’s guts and willingness to report on the ground and on the battlefield around the world. But like Anderson Cooper of CNN, and Greg Palkot of Fox News, Lara Logan was attacked by vicious Egyptians who just want “democracy.” As these so called “democracy loving” Egyptians were celebrating the Hosni Mubarak’s resignation, CBS chief foreign correspondent Lara Logan was surrounded by celebrating Egyptians and was sexually assault and beaten. Lara Logan is still in the hospital recovering.

According to Politico, two Senate Democrats are going after baseball players, and telling MLB commissioner Bud Selig to outlaw the use of tobacco products on the baseball field, in the dugout and locker rooms. Yet again, it’s Chicago/Illinois dirtbag DICK Durbin leading the charge, along with New Jersey far left progressive Frank Lautenberg. According to Politico, these two nimrods sent a letter to both Selig and the Major League Baseball Players Association (the player’s union) with their demands.

Is there anything Aunt Esther, err excuse me Michelle Obama wouldn’t stick her nose into? Most first ladies pick one cause, and stick with it for however many terms their husbands win. Hillary Clinton of course was the expection before Mooche as she too had to stick her nose into everything. Now she (via her communications chief Kristina Schake) is politicizing breastfeeding of all things. According to Politics Daily, Moochelle Obama is is calling for the forcing employers to give time and designed special “place” mothers who want to breastfeed at work.

15 tax hikes hidden in Obama’s $3.7 TRILLION budget that the media wouldn’t report
The media will never report on this, but there are at least 15 new tax hikes embedded within the horrendous Obama budget. Some of them basically circumvent the Bush tax cut “compromise” Obama signed in December. Spread the word about these hidden tax hikes to people since the media wouldn’t touch this. Some taxes are common. Like raising taxes on the “evil rich” from 35% to 39.6%. So much for honoring the Bush tax cuts he signed off on. Another tax hike would be the capital gains tax going from 15% to 20%. And the dreaded “Death Tax.” The Death Tax rise from 35% to 45%. The death tax would apply to estate valued at over $3.5 million, not the $5 million agreed to in the Bush tax cut “comprised” signed in December.

Hypocrite Hillary Clinton flip flops on budget deficits
Lets take a quick trip back in time. Not that far back, just to September of 2010. As the rumors were flying at the time that Hillary was about to announce she was going to “step down” from being Secretary of State and challenge Obama in 2012, she was trying to sound like a fiscal hawk. Back then, Hillary Clinton was saying that America’s out of control national debt was a “national security threat”:
“It poses a national security threat in two ways: it undermines our capacity to act in our own interest, and it does constrain us where constraint may be undesirable”
Now, not so much. Now according to ABC, flip flopper Hillary Clinton is claiming that the GOP proposed cuts are “massive” and “detrimental to America’s national security.”
Disaster! Obama’s budget would double national debt to $26.3 TRILLION by 2021
If the disastrous Obama federal budget released today is ever implemented, it will double the national debt over the next 10 years. You think the current national debt of $14 trillion is staggering? According to CNSNEWS, the national debt will be whopping $26.3 TRILLION by the year 2021! Yea, like that’s certainly sustainable isn’t it?
