Flashback 1998 – Joe Biden calls military actions based on UN resolutions “monarchist”

Biden back then bitched and moaned that if the president used military force without congressional authorization and via UN resolution, it would be considered a “monarchist” view of presidential power. Times change in thirteen short years don’t they? Now that the dumb bag of hammers Joe Biden is Vice President, and his president just committed the U.S. military to an action in Libya that without the authorized, it’s all fine and dandy. Maybe Biden is just senile or something.
