Activist Judge in Dane County Wisconsin Judge Maryann Sumi issues temporary restraining order over budget bill
Like we couldn’t see this happening right? Dane County Wisconsin Judge Maryann Sumi is a Democrat, and has once again demonstrated how an activist judge works. According to Fox News, Judge Maryann Sumi issued a temporary restraining order blocking the state’s new and contentious collective bargaining law from taking effect, This is of course a major victory for the union thugs, their death threats, vulgarity and violence.
Sumi’s order was requested by that county’s District Attorney Ismael Ozanne, a Democrat. Ozanne filed a lawsuit contending that a legislative committee that broke a stalemate that had kept the law in limbo for weeks met without the 24-hour notice required by Wisconsin’s open meetings law. The Republican-controlled Legislature passed the measure and Walker signed it last week.
One activist judge accomplished what the 14 fleebaggers and thousands of bussed in union thugs couldn’t. Congratulations!

Ann Althouse is a blogger in Wisconsin who has been covering all the union protests, thuggery, violence, and even child indoctrination since the mess started in Madison. The bill’s treatment of NPR is arguably unconstitutional and definitely violates the Rule of Law. The bill is arguably unconstitutional because it likely is a bill of attainder. Art. I, Sec. 9, of the Constitution prohibits Congress from passing bills of attainder. The idea behind the bill of attainder ban is that Congress shouldn’t enact laws meant to punish particular persons or entities, because the proper way to punish a wrongdoer is after the accused has been given a chance to defend himself at trial in a court. After the federal government similarly singled out ACORN, a federal court ruled the defunding was an unconstitutional bill of attainder. A federal appellate court reversed, but on grounds specific to the facts of the case.

Measures like defunding ObamaCARE and defunding NPR/PBS should be attached to the so called continuing resolutions bills, which would force the Democrats to either accept it, or shut down the government. Defunding NPR separately probably wouldn’t pass the Senate with the majority of Marxists But the new Republican stunt is to try and appear to have a backbone and pass these bills separately. Sadly for them and the Weeper of the House, we aren’t fooled. The measure for defunding NPR passed by a margin of 228-192. The charge is for “allegedly forging election paperwork to get fake Tea Party candidates on midterm ballot. The purpose of course to get fake tea party candidates on the ballot would be the split the Republican vote, trying to help a Democrat win the seat.

Hillary told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that she doesn’t plan to serve a “second term” as Secretary of State.
11% polled say Communism better than Capitalism
11% in this country are brain-dead enough to think Communism better than Capitalism, or the U.S. style of government. If you figure that about 20% of this country identifies itself as liberal, this comes out to about 55% of liberals in this country. Surely, I would think the number would be higher than that, but who knows. According to the latest Rasmussen poll 11% of Likely U.S. Voters think communism is morally superior to the U.S. system of politics and economics aka capitalism. What might even be more amazing, or scary is that 13% of those polled “don’t know” which system is better. I guess that’s where the rest of progressive liberals who didn’t want to answer the question directly are.
