Japan earthquake size upgrade to 9.0
Ugh. Japan’s earthquake was ever worse than thought. When the earthquake first occured last Thursday (my time), it was reported on Twitter to be a size 7.9 earthquake near the east coast of Honshu, Japan. The local time in Japan was Mar 11 at 2:46pm and the epicenter was 179km E of Sendai. Then the size was upgraded to 8.8 about a half an hour later. About another half an hour later it was upgraded again to 8.9 on the Richter magnitude scale. Today, the magnitude of the quake was upgraded again, to a staggering 9.0. There are reports that anywhere from 10,000 to 20,000 might be dead by the time the final tally counted. Horrible!

PJ Crowley has made many outrageous statements since being appointed. This past week Crowley said that the treatment of treasonous snake Bradley Manning who is the “alleged leaker” of classified documents to Julian ASSange was “ridiculous and counterproductive and stupid.” Boo f*cking hoo. I feel so bad for the treasonous snake don’t you? I didn’t hear much of an uproar over this, so Crowley’s firing today kind of caught me be surprise.

After Japan’s most destructive earthquake ever, Obama claims “alliance between America and Japan unshakeable”
Either those Obama regime is just plain stupid, or so arrogant, that they don’t care. Their choose of termology has always been questionable, especially over the last two days given what’s happening in the world. First Obama who is of course half part African-America uses the phrase “tightning the noose” around Gaddafi’s neck. You would think someone such as Obama would be a little more sensitive when using a phrase such as that, not to Gaddafi (I can give a flying f*ck about him), but to African Americans in general. Especially in light of Eric Holder’s “my people” remark when defending himself over not pursing the New Black Panther case.
Now today at a White House blog post, they brag that ”friendship and alliance between America and Japan as being unshakeable.”

Charles Krauthammer laid the hammer down on the progressive hacks on “Inside Washington,” and especially NPR’s snotty hack Nina Totenberg. The pounding that Totenberg and the other progressive hacks took at the hands of Krauthammer was epic, but the best line of them all was this:

Japan burns and meltdows down, the middle east in chaos, gas price skyrocketing, Obama golfs for the 61st time at Joint Base Andrews

At least one dead, three missing in Crescent City, California because of Tsunami generated by Japan 8.9 earthquake
Hawaii got very lucky, and avoided any major damage from the tsunami generated by the 8.9 Japan earthquake. California however hasn’t been as lucky as Hawaii. Not only has there been significant damage in Crescent City, California, but also one confirmed death, and three people missing. The four people were swept out to sea while taking pictures of the waves generated by the tsunami. Some reports have three people of the four people swept out to sea being dead, but as of now, only one is confirmed. This is a complete disaster. Pray for Japan, and the families all over the world affected by the Japanese earthquake.

8.9 earthquake hits Japan!
Oh my god! This is horrible! I thought the one in Chile last year at 8.5 was big (and it was), but 8.8 in a heavily populated area of Japan during the middle of the afternoon is an even bigger disaster! The earthquake occurred about 80 miles east of Sendai, Honshu, Japan and about 231 miles North East of Tokyo. Us here in California send our prayers to you people in Japan, as we know a lot about earthquakes.
Update 3/10/11 10pm PST: smoke seen in Tokyo, Tsunami warning up for 30+ ft waves, and even Hawaii under a tsunami watch.

As we’ve seen with this whole “budget battle” and continuing resolution BS, Republicans haven’t learned a damn thing since last year’s election, and the four years before that of getting thrown out on their asses because of them acting like progressive lights, aka RINOs. Florida’s 2012 Senate seat, currently held by Democrat Bill Nelson is considered one of the top targets for Republicans. With Nebraska (Ben Nelson), North Dakota (retiring Kent Conrad), and Montana (Jon Tester) basically already in the bag for Republicans, who are they courting to run in Florida? The MSNBC hack, RINO extreme Joe Scarborough! Why not just tap Jeb Bush? He has just as good of a chance to beat Nelson, and is less of a RINO (even though he is a total RINO.) According to The Hill, RINO Texas Senator John Cornyn, who heads the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), admitted that he spoke to Scarborough a couple times about a Senate bid. And he indicated he’s still working on persuading the MSNBC hack to run for the upper chamber.
