Ed Schultz sued by NBC employee Michael Queen for $100,000
A union supporter like special eD being sued by a union member? This is just too delicious. I don’t know how well the merits of this suit will stand up in court, but it’s funny anyway. According to TV Newser, NBC employee Michael Queen who is broadcast engineer in the NBC News Washington Bureau is suing special Ed Schultz for “helping him get into television.”
“No,” Schultz is quoted as saying in the complaint. “Now you’re it!” Queen set up the taping of a “McLaughlin Group”-style program at WUSA-TV, the CBS affiliate in Washington, DC.
