Nothing more impeachable than war (Libya) without Congress authorization – Louis Fisher Constitutional Scholar

obamaoIMPEACH! Yea right. Even if Obama were impeached in the House, the far left Democrat Marxists who control the Senate would never vote to impeach their messiah Obama. Obama can care less about the constitution, that much is known. He doesn’t even think he is in violation of the 1974 war powers act despite his warmongering in Libya. Still, a Constitutional Scholar named Louis Fisher thinks that there is nothing more impeachable to a President than taking a nation to war without authorization. At least warmonger Bush got authorization (with Democrat votes.) Obama simply doesn’t give a sh*t. CNSNEWS did the interview with Louis Fisher.

“I am not going to recommend that the House Judiciary Committee hold impeachment hearings, but I would like members of Congress and the public to say that nothing would be more impeachable than a President who takes the country to war without coming to Congress, who does it unilaterally,” Fisher told CNSNews.com’s Online With Terry Jeffrey.

    This is how Obama can push his left wing agenda.  He engages in the most milquetoast of military ventures, following NATO’s lead, and invites this lawsuit.  If he loses this lawsuit the precedent will tie the hands of future Republican presidents.  This would be a major accomplishment as far as the left is concerned.

    In any case, I am amused that this blog is a conservative site.  Nobody hates Mitchell more than the hard-core lefties.
