Two and a half days later Obama gives tepid speech about downgrade, calls for yet MORE government spending

barack-obama-arroganceObama couldn’t be bothered over the weekend to make any speeches on the S&P downgrade or even the military tragedy in Afghanistan. Instead, he was busy kicking back at Camp David after a tough week of fundraising, birthday parties, and BBQs. Today, now that he had to return back to the White House, he gave a tepid 10 minute speech on the S&P downgrade, blaming everything and everyone but himself. It was either the earthquake in Japan, the turmoil in Europe, or the “Arab Muslim” in Muslim countries. And it’s time for my government spending! Time to expand unemployment benefits, make more infrastructure “investments” etc.


At the end of the tepid speech, he finally mentions that brave men and women who died over the weekend after Obama’s peace partner Taliban shot down a helicopter.
