While talking about how the bill cuts a whopping $1 trillion over 10 years, Obama then went on to whine about how we need to spend more money!

I’ll give a little credit to ABC. They actually posted this on their site. But as is typical for ABC, there was no mention of this on the TV report and it was buried all the way at the bottom of the story. In ABC’s story about Giffords’ return to vote on the debt ceiling bill, they mention that Biden was asked if he spoke with Gabby Giffords, he made this taste joke about Giffords
When Biden was asked about what he spoke with Giffords about, he joked, “She’s now a member of the cracked head club like me.”

Almost none of the so called cuts in debt deal will happen until 2014
Why am I not surprised? According to an AP report posted at The Blaze, those debt charade and the bill it’s produced will barely cut a thing until 2014. According to the report, discretionary spending, excluding Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, would be cut by a whopping $21 billion in 2012 and double whopping $42 billion in 2013. To put this in perspective, under the Obama regime, we spend $4 billion per day! Under the Dubya Bush regime, it was about $1 billion per day.
