Bloomberg/Washington Post GOP debate – Snore!

newt-gingrich-rinoLeave it to the stupid GOP to let Bloomberg/Washington Post and MSNBC/Politico moderate their primary debates. I didn’t think the left wing media could be any worse moderating GOP debates than the MSNBC one. I was wrong. The utterly pitiful Bloomberg/Washington Post debate outdid MSNBC. Charlie Rose did his best John King grunting impersonation, and it was hard just to stay awake during this “debate.” Maybe the best moment of the night was at the begining of the debate when Newt Gingrich again owned the lame stream media, the moderator, and the “Occupy” slugs. Oh, and also delivered a TKO to the corrupt Fed Chair Ben Bernanke. You’d think he was Ron Paul or something the way he was bashing Bernanke. Real Clear Politics and Newsbusters posted the video.

Herman Cain was doing ok, until he actually claimed Alan Greenspan was a good Fed Chairman. I almost become a PaulBOT at that moment. Greenspan was horrible! Maybe not worse than Bernanke, but still a disaster. RINO Romney was his usual flip flopping self, with his new BFF Chris Christie looking on. Michele Bachmann made one of the dumbest statements i’ve heard in any of these debates.

While bashing Cain’s 9-9-9 plan, she made an absolutely moronic comment: “Look at the 9-9-9 plan and turn it around, the devil is in the details.”

Bachmann of course was using the Biblical reference to the whole 6-6-6 being the devil thing. I’d expect that from a leftist. I guess Bachmann’s days of working for Jimmy Carter just seeped out tonight. And then there was Rick Perry. He seemed more like me tonight. Trying to just stay awake during the debate. He almost looked like he was about to drool. I wouldn’t even bother getting into obnoxious Rick Santorum. Jon Huntsman shouldn’t have even been at this debate (or any others for that matter). But he thought he was being funny while claiming he thought Herman Cain’s 9-9-9  plan was the price for a pizza.

Michele Bachmann was probably the only one who found that funny.

It almost seemed that Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul were the only coherent ones at the debate tonight. Sad.
