Unstable Vice President Joe Biden threatens Human Event’s Jason Mattera

This is what’s “one heartbeat away” from the Presidency? Human Events editor Jason Mattera confronted the unstable Joe Biden on his disgusting reference to rape if Republicans don’t support Obama’s “jobs” bill. The only thing I guess Mattera forgot to ask Biden is what he thought about the rapes at the “Occupy” movements. Check out the following video of Biden threatening Mattera and getting flustered.
