Fascist Obama regime wants you to go to jail for use a pseudonym on Facebook or lying about your age on dating sites

eric-holder1Use a pseudonym on Facebook? Not being totally honest with your age on some dating site? If the Obama regime and Eric Holder’s Justice Department have their way, get ready to go to jail! You would think that even the occutards would be furious with something like this. But instead they are busing fighting other things, like evil capitalism. According to CNET, the Justice Department will argue in front of Congress that it must be able to prosecute violations of Web sites’ “terms of service” policies. This includes things like not giving your real age on a dating site or using a pseudonym on Facebook or some other social network.

The law must allow “prosecutions based upon a violation of terms of service or similar contractual agreement with an employer or provider,” Richard Downing, the Justice Department’s deputy computer crime chief, will tell the U.S. Congress tomorrow.
Scaling back that law “would make it difficult or impossible to deter and address serious insider threats through prosecution,” and jeopardize prosecutions involving identity theft, misuse of government databases, and privacy invasions, according to Downing.

Would this apply to other websites, such as this one or blogs?  Would I be required to use my real name on my blog or commenting?  I keep my blog as anonymous as I can because there could be consequences regarding my family or my job if I voice an opinion that goes against the grain of what my industry preaches.  I read doctor and nurse blogs; these individuals would be fired if the hospitals or patients knew what they wrote.  While the health care professionals observe HIPPA regulations, they are exercising their freedom of speech in a way to that protects their livelihoods.
