Time to downgrade the FAA to AA? Look what being the administrator of the FAA did to Randy Babbitt. According to CNN, the drunk driving, wrong side of the road driver has resigned in disgrace from his job as Obama appointed head of the FAA. But don’t worry. According to another Obama lackey, Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood the aviation system is the safest in the world thanks to drunk driving Randy Babbitt’s “stewardship.”
“I’m proud to say that we have the safest aviation system in the world, and thanks to Randy’s stewardship, it became safer and stronger,” LaHood said. “He worked tirelessly to improve relations with the labor community and bolstered employee engagement among his 49,000 colleagues at the FAA.”
