Marco Rubio, Kelly Ayotte, John McCain, Marsha Blackburn and several other Republicans co-sponsor SOPA bill with Debbie Wasserman-Schultz

john-mccain-rinoWell I guess this explains Kelly Ayotte’s endorsement of Mitt Romney now. The bill which is referred to as “SOPA” or the “Stop Online Piracy Act” which will give Eric Holder or any future Attorney General complete control of the Internet is not only being co-sponsored by far left Democrat Marxists like Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, but also fake, fraud “conservatives” like John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Orrin Hatch and Lamar Alexander. SOPA is also being co-sponsored by so called “Tea Party Republicans” like the aforementioned Ayotte, Marco Rubio and Marsha Blackburn. It’s so bad that Eric Erickson of Red State has now pledged to do everything in his power to defeat Blackburn (who was once seen as a solid conservative) in her 2012 re-election bid.

And I am pledging right now that I will do everything in my power to defeat her in her 2012 re-election bid.

I wonder if the left feels that way about Debbie Wasserman Schultz?

Both Marsha Blackburn and Debbie Wasserman Schults, the head of the Democratic National Committee and a Congresswoman from Florida, are cosponsors of the Stop Online Piracy Act.

The Act intends to stop online piracy. The way the Act goes about doing this is, in large part, allowing Eric Holder to take control of the internet and shut down websites he does not like. It is a totalitarian response from a bipartisan coalition of Congresscritters most of whom admit they have no freaking idea how the internet even works. Don’t believe me?

In a committee hearing on SOPA, co-sponsor Mel Watts (D-NC) was really open about it saying, “I’m not a nerd” before proceeding to admit he understood nothing about the law, how the internet worked, or pretty much anything else related to it.

Why does Marsha Want Congress to Regulate the Internet? Why not just say NO FEDERAL branch  (the FCC and congress and the federal courts  included)  has any authority to decide or rule on any aspect concerning the Internet?

BUT Marsha Blackburn did Vote FOR: Patriot Act Reauthorization, Electronic Surveillance, Funding the REAL ID Act (National ID), Foreign Intelligence Surveillance, Thought Crimes “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act, Warrantless Searches, Employee Verification Program, Body Imaging Screening, Patriot Act extension; and only NOW she is worried about free speech, privacy, and government take over of the internet?

    Marsha Blackburn is my Congressman.
