Recuse now Kagan! Not only does Elena Kagan need to recuse herself from the ObamaCARE case, but it appears she lied under oath in front of Congress during her confirmation process. Imagine that, a far left Marxist activist SCOTUS nominee lying under oath. According to CNSNEWS, just two months before Judiciary Committee Republicans sent Elena Kagan a series of written questions about how she would handle recusing herself from cases she might have been involved in as solicitor general. Kagan lied on the questionnaire in reference to ObamaCARE questions, answering “No.” to questions asked if Kagan had ever been asked her opinion regarding the merits, or underlying legal issues, in Florida’s lawsuit against Obamacare. Yet her top deputy wrote Kagan a memo informing her that she had “substantially participated” in Obamacare.

Gary Busey withdraws Newt Gingrich endorsement
I personally can care less what Hollywood hacks say or think about politics. I can care even less who they endorse. Gary Busey apparently isn’t one of those typical far left Hollywood liberals and endorsed Newt Gingrich over the past weekend. I still can care less about Busey or who he endorses. I do find it kind of funny though that after endorsing Gingrich over the past weekend to The Hill, today he came out and “revoked” the endorsement. For those who care about Gary Busey’s political opinions or endorsements, here’s what he said today:
“It is not time for me to be endorsing anyone at this time! When there are the two final candidates, then I will endorse,” Busey said Wednesday in a statement released through his representative.
Dick Morris – If Ron Paul is the GOP nominee, Obama wil carry at least 40 states
When has Dick Morris ever been right? 15 years ago? Sorry, Dick Morris is wrong here. Ron Paul would do far better then winning 10 states if he was the GOP nominee. While I can’t stand Ron Paul’s foreign policy, he’s conservative (well, libertarian). He’s not a flip flopper like Romney or Gingrich, and he sticks to his principals. Like him or not, he has a strong following, and would pull a lot of Democrats from Obama because of his anti-war policies. That being said, Ron Paul would do far better than Morris or other Republican hacks think. For the first time in it’s Democrat slanted polling, an ABC News / Washington Post poll finds Obama’s personal favorability rating under water. For whatever reason, most people still liked the smug, arrogant and narcissistic Obama personally, just not how he handled the job as president. So you would think this would be big news to the left wing hacks at ABC? If not this stat, then the 74% who disapprove of Obama’s handling of the economy. No, the big news from the ABC hacks in this poll is that Obama still has a higher personal favorable rating than Newt Gingrich. Why is that shocking? Way to go occutards! Milk Street Cafe shutting down Thursday killing 70 middle class jobs
All day, all night, killing jobs on Wall Street! Lets give a huge congratulation to Obama’s Occupy Wall Street. They’ve accomplished one of their goals. Kill a business and put more middle class workers out of a job and on unemployment insurance! According to Hot Air, Milk Street Cafe located at 40 Wall Street is shutting down this coming Thursday. Their business went down the toilet when the occutards began their encampment in September. Milk Street Cafe had to cut 20 jobs in October because of the smelly occutards scaring away possible customers who wanted to dine at the restaurant. Now, the restaurant is closing it’s doors for good on Thursday because of the barricades that remain in front of the restaurant to protect it from the occutards who return during the day time. This means that the remaining 70 workers at the restaurant will be out of a job with about a week and a half to go before Christmas.

If i see other polls from Iowa showing the same results, I’d be tempted to believe these results. But alas it’s left wing PPP. This is the polling outfit used by Daily Ko(s)ok. But if this poll is accurate, it’s significant. According to the poll, Ron Paul now trails Newt Gingrich in Iowa by just 1 point. The poll finds Gingrich at 22% of the GOP vote and Ron Paul at 21%. Last week, Gingrich lead by 9 points. RINO Romney sits in third place at 16%. Michele Bachmann at 11%, Rick Perry at 9%, Rick Santorum at 8% round out the rest. Oh, and somehow Jon Huntsman is at 5%. No other poll has Huntsman anywhere near this high in Iowa. It’s so bad there for Huntsman that he’s skipped the recent debates in that state.
