Supreme Court will hear Arizona immigration law SB1070 – Elena Kagan to recuse herself from the case
Now it’s time to apply more pressure on Kagan to recuse herself from the ObamaCARE SCOTUS hearings. Throughout Elena Kagan’s career she has placed her politics above rule of law. So with the news that the Supreme Court will hear arguments over Arizona’s immigration law SB1070 probably in April of 2012, Kagan’s recusal comes as welcome news. Fox News reports that Kagan has recused herself, but no site mentions why the Marxist Justice decided to. 2012 is going to be one helluva year to determine this country’s future.

Gallup: Americans saying big government is the biggest threat to the country at near record highs
The media does all they can to white wash what big labor does to this country. They try and white wash what big government does, but that doesn’t seem to work anymore. No matter if it’s Marxist Democrat regimes like Obama, or “compassionate conservative” regimes like Dubya Bush’s, Americans fear big government. Not since the late 1990′s has the percentage of Americans fearing big government been this high. 64% of those polled by Gallup Americans’ say big government is the biggest threat to the country. This is just one point off the record high in Gallup’s history of polling this issue. This is also the highest level of the Obama regime. As usual the only group at less than 50% in this poll is the Marxist Democrats. 82% of Republicans think big government is the greatest threat to this country, while 64% of independent voters say the same.

I guess the far left, anti-American Marxist Christiane Amanpour experiment is offically a failure. Well it will be once Amanpour is “officially” dumped from This Week, it will be. ABC gave the hack millions of dollars to leave CNN and join them to host their failing Sunday show. A year and a half later, it’s still a major failure.
