Hawaii Republican caucuses March 13, 2012
On a night when Rick Santorum won southern states Alabama and Mississippi, Mitt Romney ended up winning Hawaii (no surprise) and America Samoa. With Romney basically splitting the vote three ways with Santorum and Gingrich in the south, and winning largely in Hawaii and America Samoa, he actually ended winning more delegates on the night than any of the other candidates. Mitt Romney has won 41 delegates on March 13th, Rick Santorum had won 35, and Newt Gingrich won 24 delegates.
