Mitt Romney has won the Washington State non-binding caucuses. This surprises me a bit as the few polls I saw showed Rick Santorum winning this state. The battle will be for second and third place, with at the time of this posting Ron Paul is second and Santorum is third. Newt Gingrich will finish fourth in Washington. This caucus is non-binding. On to Super Tuesday!
