The first primary of Super Tuesday goes to Newt Gingrich. CNN projects Newt Gingrich wins the state of Georgia, which was expected. Georgia has the largest amount of delegates available on Super Tuesday at 76. If Gingrich gets over 50% in Georgia, he can get 60% of the total delegates.
CNN projects Gingrich winning, with Mitt Romney second, Rick Santorum third and Ron Paul last.
