As if this whole Rush Limbaugh / Sandra Fluke “controversy” wasn’t ridiculous enough, it just got that much more so. According to RadarOnline, Publicity clown Gloria Allred, has written a letter to the Florida County Attorney’s Office requesting that an investigation. Yes, if this story from RadarOnline is true, Allred wants an investigation into free speech. The story reports that Allred wants an “investigation” of Rush Limbaugh’s s calling Sandra Fluke a “slut” and a “prostitute.” Oy Vey. Limbaugh’s show of course is based in Florida.
Under Florida state law it’s a misdemeanor to use language demeaning a woman without any basis, “whoever speaks of and concerning any woman, married, or unmarried, falsely and maliciously imputing to her want of chastity, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.”
