ABC ‘News’ Senior VP Kerry Smith to Colorado Tea Party – our Twitter apology is good enough after smear
Politico has been really covering the ABC News tea party smear by Brian Ross and George Stephanopolos. It’s probably because Politico is basically an online left wing propaganda outfit for a rival network (NBC). ABC News Senior Vice President Kerry Smith sent a letter today actually claiming that the propaganda network (ABC) is taking full responsibility for last week’s tea party smear claiming that there was a ‘Jim Holmes’ who recently joined the Colorado tea party. Conservatives need to step up their boycott of ABC and all related companies like ESPN, Disney, etc.
“With all respect, we do not see it that way at all,” Smith wrote in a letter to Erix Dixon, Gotham’s chief legal correspondent, who wrote to ABC News earlier this week. “By apologizing clearly and publicly, we certainly intend to take, and believe we have taken full responsibility for the error in judgment that led to this information being broadcast.”
