Jared Lee Loughner pleads guilty in Gabby Giffords/Tucson shooting – avoids death penalty (Video)
Jared Lee Loughner should be strung up to a barbed fence and get fried, but alas because of liberal, politcally correct justice system, he wouldn’t face the death penalty. Instead, with Loughner pleading guilty to the Gabby Giffords shooting in Tucson that killed six people, he faces life in prison without the possibility of parole. Personally, I thinks that far too good for a killer like Loughner.
“The pain and loss caused by the events of Jan. 8, 2011, are incalculable,” Giffords said in a joint statement with her husband, Mark Kelly. “Avoiding a trial will allow us — and we hope the whole Southern Arizona community — to continue with our recovery.”
