Family Research Council shooting suspect identified as Floyd Corkins, age: 28 of Virginia

The suspected shooter has been identified as Floyd Corkins. He is 28 years old. Floyd Corkins is from the state of Virginia. I guess that ban on guns in Washington D.C. didn’t do much to stop Corkins did it?
