ABC and Washington Post exposed again: claims Janesville GM plant was shut down under Bush – it actually shut down in June 2009
Is it really that difficult for these left wing propaganda media outfits to use Google, or maybe even Wikipedia. I knew Paul Ryan’s speech last night would turn the media and the leftist hacks batsh*t crazy. Paul Ryan during his speech told of a Janesville, Wisconsin GM plant that closed in June 2009 (while Obama was president.) Obama had promised the residents of Janesville that the plant would never close (media neglects to mention this.) Yet, someone the plant closed under George W. Bush in December of 2008 according to the left wing media propaganda complex. You can even read some comments (if they are still there) at ABC of people who claim their parents worked at the plant until June of 2009.
The truth of the matter is that the GM SUV line closed down in 2008. However, the light trucking line closed in June of 2009 (under Obama). Nice try ABC and WaPo. But yet again, much like your ratings and news paper circulations, you fail.
