Mitt Romney’s full acceptance speech at 2012 RNC convention (Video)

mitt-romney-paul-ryan-2012-logoHe did it! Mitt Romney did exactly (what I think) tonight in his acceptance speech at the RNC convention. Romney already has his base ready, he needed to appear ‘human’ through all the Obama and media smears against him. He did what he needed to do and even sounded Reaganesque at time.

Lets check some reactions:

Looks like Hotair.com liked it:

Update: The balloons are still falling in here and everybody’s celebrating, and despite a few moments of one or two unruly protesters being disruptive toward the beginning of the speech, the crowd of course went bananas for Mitt.

I know the liberal narrative about Mitt Romney is supposed to be that he’s stiff, he’s unapproachable, he’s out of touch, he’s robotic, he’s unfeeling, blah blah blah. Sorry to disappoint you, leftists — but Mitt Romney is a straight-up likeable dude. And not only is he likeable, he is a truly good man. There were countless testimonies tonight about Mitt Romney’s longstanding history of integrity, character, charity, and kindness. His speech included plenty of biography that demonstrated his down-to-earth personality, and I thought it was great.

But to me, that wasn’t even the most important aspect of Mitt Romney’s speech tonight. I don’t need a ‘cool’ or ‘exciting’ president — and I’m pretty sure most Americans are over that. Above all, Mitt Romney just gets it. He understands business and economics in a way that Barack Obama will never know, and what America needs right now is a turnaround artist. Romney can do it. I know the pundits and the fact-checkers will shortly be getting into the minutiae of his speech, praising this and criticizing that, but everything I love about freedom and free enterprise was on display this evening. Mitt Romney has a vision for America that starkly contrasts with the self-imposed hot mess we’re putting up with now, ’nuff said. Johnsen, out.

Gateway Pundit liked it too. Leftists on Twitter didn’t seem to like it as they started a #F*CKRomney hasthag.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME: This guy would be the end of this country. He has no clue about people. He has no clue about life. He has not a clue about america as our founding fathers laid things out. I now know where my vote is going. Now you all may thing that I am a leftist by now. You would be WRONG. I am an AMERICAN and I am damn tired of these puppets like Mitt Romney (big business men) trying to run MY country into the ground by constently preaching about money being the only measure of success. I am tired of rewarding big business screwing the people that make business men successful (the worker). Speak to people from other countries, that now run a business in this country. They laugh at our GREEDY business men here in america. They don’t understand how our business can be so Greedy. They know that the workers make their business go. Not the bean counters. Not the owner. Not the CEO’S . The working men built this country, not the owners. Why do we continue to reward the rich and screw the working man. This is not the 1980′s Trickle down economics is a thing of the past, and I think that after 30 years of it, it has proven not to work. The thought of giving tax breaks to the rich to CREATE MORE JOBS,,,lol,,, PLEASE…. We have now found out that it DOES NOT WORK. Mr. Business man only puts those tax breaks in his own pockets. At the working mans expence. MY VOTE WILL GO TO OBAMA. Yes it is a gamble,,, but at least its not a definitive LOSS
