Emergency Alert System now issusing messages via ‘Civil authorities’

obamarxistToday I saw something on TV that made me ask myself, are we living in the United States, or the old USSR? While watching Fox News at around 10:30pm Pacific Time, one of those ‘monthly’ Emergency Alert System messages came on (wish I had the DVR on.) Apparently, the EAS month tests are now being issued by ‘civil authorities’ or something. I don’t know if this was limited to the L.A. area, or if these messages happened elsewhere, but I’m hoping someone who did get this grabbed the video via DVR or whatever method. It used to be a recorded message saying this is a test of the Emergency Alert System with a long beep than a mention of how the test was concluded.

This was nothing but a black screen with white text mentioning this is a test from the ‘civil authorities.’ Call me paranoid, but that was downright creepy to me.

    I seen it I called every news cast cable and provider such as nickjr. that’s where I seen it December 4@1245 am not just your ordinary alert you typically see all since 12_12_12 is near
