Gloria Allred’s ‘October surprise?” Attempt to unseal sworn testimony given by Mitt Romney in a prior court case, lift gag order

gloria-allredSo we have Donald Trump with his possible release of Obama divorce papers, and now RadarOnline reports that the ambulance chaser of feminism and Obama delegate Gloria Allred will be in Boston tomorrow for an emergency court hearing in order to unseal sworn testimony given by Mitt Romney in a prior court case. Allred wants to lift a gag order so that the parties can speak nasty stuff about Romney. I don’t know what this entails, or even of Allred will be successful tomorrow, but this is coming off as stupid as The Donald’s rumors about divorce papers.

The emergency hearing will take place at the Norfolk Probate & Family Court in Canton, Massachusetts, and Justice Jennifer Ulwick will oversee the proceedings which will begin at 9 a.m. EST.

    If the Democratic judge unseals the papers, I would imagine all in her court will ask, when am I ever safe? When will “sealed’ mean “sealed?” It is more of an attack on the judicial systme then on Romney. And of course, Romney doesn’t care if the deposition transcript is unsealed! He wasn’t even a party. Allred creating a controversy about something nobody gives a hoot about.
