Hypocrite Obama voted against HR2206 – Hurricane Katrina relief bill worth $6.9 billion – media silent

obama-frownSo all the tax payers in other states should pay for the BS pork in the so called Sandy relief bill right? This past week the House past a portion of the Sandy relief fund worth about $9.7 billion. Some Republicans such as Paul Ryan voted no on the bill and are getting lambasted by the corrupt, state run media, and other Democrats. But what about Obama and Katrina? While Senator in 2007, Obama voted against a similar measure, worth $6.7 billion for Katrina relief victims. Obama wasn’t the only Marxist Democrat (or Republican) to vote this way. There were 14 no votes in the senate including Obama.

Boxer (D-CA)
Burr (R-NC)
Clinton (D-NY)
Coburn (R-OK)
Dodd (D-CT)
Enzi (R-WY)
Feingold (D-WI)
Kennedy (D-MA)
Kerry (D-MA)
Leahy (D-VT)
Obama (D-IL)
Sanders (I-VT)
Whitehouse (D-RI)
Wyden (D-OR)

Hillary Clinton voted against it too while Senator. Can you say hypocrisy? Yet, we never hear about hypocrisy of leftists on similar matter that we have today. You can thank the corrupt, state run lapdog media for that. Oh and BTW, where was that fat bastard Chris Christie complaining for the people of New Orleans? Too busy in buffet line somewhere?

And let’s not forget that in the midst of Hurricane Sandy Obama cut Fema disaster Aide in half! That is WHY the people in Statin island still have little to no aide!

Presidents sign bills….they don’t write them…….try again doofus.

Umm, HR 2206 was mainly about spending another $95 billion on Iraq, raising the minimum wage & regulating prescription pads used under Medicare. There was also $6 billion in Katrina relief… two years after Katrina. This is exactly the kind of legislative mish-mash that drives everyone outside of Washington nuts.

I’d think this would be one of the few Obama votes that Conservatives would agree with. If you want to talk about hypocrisy, why not talk about the Republicans who voted for the 2007 bill?

This is a vote on a House amendment to the bill, not the bill itself. The actual bill passed the Senate unanimously. Sorry to burst your bubble on this one.

Obama was also the sponsor of S 2319. Omitting truth is tantamount to lying.
