During JOhn Brennan’s confirmation hearings, North Carolina Senator Republican Senator cracked a water boarding joke at Brennan, and the leftists on Twitter are having a meltdown. Burr told Brennan:
‘I notice that you’re on your 4th glass of water and I don’t want to be accused of waterboarding you.’
