Citgo gas station in Houston flies American flag at half staff to ‘mourn’ the death of Hugo Chavez

Citgo is the Venezuelan-owned oil company who decided to fly the American flag at half-staff in Houston, Texas to mourning the death of Hugo Chavez. Yes, our flag is being flown at half-staff to mourn the loss of a socialist dictator.

Citgo confirmed with KHOU 11 News that its flags, including the U.S. flag, would be lowered for the late president. The company said it would release a statement later in the day.
