Hillary Clinton fired from Watergate committee for fraud, ethics violations

hillary7Did you know Hillary Clinton was a member of the impeachment inquiry staff in Washington, D.C.? Clinton was advising the House Committee on the Judiciary during the Watergate scandal back in 1974. I didn’t either until I read her Wikipedia entry. I also discovered another rather interesting story. Back in 2008 when Clinton was running against Obama in the Democrat primary the Digital Journal ran a revealing story. The story says Hillary Clinton was fired from the committee staff. Jerry Zeifman, supervised Hillary Clinton during the Watergate impeachment inquiry. He refused to give her a letter of recommendation because of her lies and unethical behavior. Clinton obtained a position on the committee staff through her political patronage of her former Yale law school professor Burke Marshall and Chappaquiddick Senator Ted Kennedy. Jerry Zeifman says Hillary Clinton was unethical and a liar (as if we didn’t already know that.) He also described Hillary Clinton as a dishonest lawyer. Finally, Zeifman says Hillary Clinton conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality. Sound familiar? Like Benghazi maybe? Zeifman had this reaction after Hillary Clinton’s phony tears at a campaign rally in 2008:

My own reaction was of regret that, when I terminated her employment on the Nixon impeachment staff, I had not reported her unethical practices to the appropriate bar associations.

Hillary Clinton Watergate

Digital Journal also had this on Hillary Clinton:

engaged in a seemingly implausible scheme to deny Richard Nixon the right to counsel during the investigation by stealing Judiciary Committee files on the only precedent case that could have stonewalled their plot and drafting a legal brief that, according to Mr. Ziefman, “was so fraudulent and ridiculous Hillary would have been disbarred if she had submitted it to a judge.”

Isn’t it amazing and ironic? Hillary Clinton who is involved in the worst government cover-up since Watergate was on the Watergate investigation panel as a young pup back in ’74. I guess history does repeat itself.

Once a liar always a LIAR!

  • amazingoly

Way too much baggage to run in 2016. Cannot be trusted – kinda like the person in charge now.

    • Ronald Anders

All true, but if the GOP can put up nobody better than Chris Christie, then she may win by default.

      • rich olaik

Christie is a straight shooter…no baggage…dont be fooled by innuendo from the marxists….there is no smoking gun with the traffic jam…A republican candidate, must appeal to more than the right wing, to win a national presidential election. Christie has won the governor spot twice, in a very blue state..Who better than him, to get dem votes, as well as repub votes? of course the independents, will flock to christie, once he begins his campaign, which he has not yet begun to fight.

…is a loudmouth, lonesome, self-styled “maverick” who has already turned too many people off. He has no leadership qualities.

      • The RightStuff

The GOP has about a hundred candidates that would d o a better job than Mrs. Clinton possibly could. It’s all in the governing philosophy. That is, if they uphold their presumed philosophy.

      • Jeff L

Christie would be a great, great president. He is a loyal American. He loves this country. He’s not afraid to speak out on issues. He would strengthen our nation. He would want everyone to do better – everyone, including the illegals. He would be just what our country needs. As a registered Democrat, I’ve seen enough of their damage and how they each allowed and allows Obama to get away with his Dictatorship of “our” country.

        • kilee

If you people would truly let CC run this country, please don’t vote. In fact, cut of your hands and feet so you don’t even get the idea to vote.

      • kmanthie

(LOL; LMFAO!!!) – the very idea of Chris Christie even running for president is a sick joke. This spaghetti-eating slob can’t even run New Jersey. And I sure haven’t forgotten about the time he had his underlings shut down the GW Bridge, on the NJ to NY side, because he was mad at the guy in charge of the bridge – then there was a month of recriminations, resignations and excuses, etc. until newspapers, etc either got tired of the same old BS or found a story that was more interesting. Chris Christie will never be president of the US.

    • Mister B

Very true but the baggage she bears will be will be carried proudly, like a banner by those in the Democrat party.

      • jimdep

You are right, democRATS have no moral compass so she will wear this like a badge of honor.

    • sgtredbluered

“Baggage” is an apt description of the subject.”

    • kmanthie

Thanks for that amazing bit of intelligence, Mr. John Birch society member. Obama was elected twice – if the “American people” had a problem w/him after four years, why didn’t they elect Romney? Because Romney was/is much, much worse. And these days, the term “moderate republican” is an anachronism, since there aren’t any left. And any party that venerates Ronald Reagan as some kind of pillar of “good leadership” (???) is full of the most ignorant slobs around. Reagan was a horrible president. Look at how it took the administration, esp HHS, at least 3-4 years to even admit that AIDS was an important public health issue to be taken seriously. Instead, a bunch of phony “born again christians” (the worst of the worst) figured people with AIDS deserved to die, since they didn’t fit the paradigm of the nonexistent, upscale, squeaky clean, sexless good consumer. 1000s, maybe 10s of thousands died and many more were sick all the while. What a horrible bit of “leadership that was!!!” There was only ONE thing that attracted voters to Reagan in 1980 and that was: he wasn’t Jimmy Carter, who’d really blown it, as president; Reagan got re-elected also because of a very, very weak opponent: Mondale(!!) – he had been a senator, so, obviously, he got elected (he was VP too, but that’s almost an accidental post) – but being president is a completely different thing altogether. He had no chance to win at all, but when he made that remark about “Reagan’s going to raise your taxes & not tell you, but me, I’m going to tell you I’m raising taxes!” – that was political suicide and there was no coming back from that. Sure, Reagan did raise taxes, in a sneaky, underhanded way, since, dropping taxes across the board which would’ve been a good idea, turned out to not be practical, since how does he expect to pay for all the things that need revenue in order to function? So, to keep his rich donors and base happy, he kept their taxes down, while screwing the middle class and lower classes. And let’s not forget the disgraceful crimes that went on in what’s been come to be known as “the Iran-Contra ‘affair'” many were indicted, some convicted, etc. But, thanks to pappy Bush, people like Caspar Weinberger, Reagan’s Def. Sec for all 8 years in office, who was convicted of Iran-Contra-related crimes, et al, were pardoned by George Bush, upon leaving office in 1992. Reagan, a stalwart for the GOP? What a friggin’ joke! No wonder they’re such an awful bunch!

I don’t think this will hurt her chances to get the nomination. Dems don’t care. They are the most hard-headed, unwavering, (dare I say, intolerant) of people.

    • Respect the Truth

Would you say that the GOP are hard-headed, unwavering, (dare I say, intolerant) of people?
You know full well that description fits the GOP better. The PROBLEM with the Dems is that they DO waver.

      • RPT34

The Democrats don’t waver; if they wavered, they would not have passed the Affordable Care Act, and we would see more of a difference in the policies they want to implement. Speaker Boehner compromised (really gave in) to Democrats on the debt ceiling last year, and he is willing to pass amnesty even though doing so would hurt Republicans; I don’t see the president or Congressional Democrats giving an inch to Republicans.

      • Get it right

        Is that you Monica?

      • jaimo

Not really. Let’s say a GOP’er doesn’t believe in gay marriage. Is that liberal tolerant of that GOP’er? No I didn’t think so. Dems are more inclined to be of the mind that the ends justify the means.

        • Mario Aspinwall

Yes, exactly, There is a difference on ideology and “definitions” of legal terms than ignoring fact about a potential candidate (Hil-dawg). Democrats ARE the party of race divide and intolerance. They have a really good PR agents that’s all.

      • pslim

Respect?…you are a lying moron….and insane as well

      • The RightStuff

Wrong. History shows that the GOP is much more willing to boot someone out that doesn’t measure up to at least some standards of ethical or moral behavior. The Dems circle the wagons and deny, lie, make false accusations against theiir accuser/s, blame someone else and then stonewall.

  • kmanthie

This Zeifman character just “happens” to suddenly “remember” that Hillary (at that time) Rodham was an “unethical” lawyer and a “liar”. It seems like this Jerry guy has an axe to grind. I wouldn’t doubt he’s being paid by republican operatives to smear her. She didn’t get the job on that committee through any “Yale patronage” as was mentioned (dishonestly) in the article above. She was a good and smart lawyer & deserved the job. These fabrications are just political mudslinging going on, to try and tie her to a “scandalous past” in order to meddle in a possible White House run in 2016. This crap was, no doubt put out by fuxnotnews and I wouldn’t be surprised if this sleazy Zeifman pig were to be on the fuxnotnewschannel, as another failed political hack-turned biased pundit. For one thing, no one had to make stuff up or fabricate any evidence in the whole Nixon-Watergate episode, since there was so much criminal wrongdoing on the part of many in the Nixon White House – the ones who went to prison and others. I bet this guy is a Nixon apologist – meaning, he thinks that it was a big conspiracy to get rid of Nixon as president and that Nixon was squeaky clean (LOL) and had no idea that all these crooks and thugs were breaking the law on his behalf. What a pathetic pig. Hillary all the way!!!! She’d be a better president than any POS the republicans could throw against her!!
