ObamaCARE navigators in Texas were caught on tape advising potential customers (in this case, Project Vertias watch dogs), to defraud the government and cheat on their taxes. Since the American taxpayer is what funds the government and this crap sandwhich known as ObamaCARE, basically the navigators are advising people who to defraud other Americans.
