Haven’t heard much lately from MSNBC/Comcast on racial issues since they got smoked on their racist Cherriors tweet a few weeks ago. But the Comcast progressive race hustlers at NBC/MSNBC are back at it again. Half white Toure is yet again trying to pimp white privilege. You see, according to Toure, if you are white (like he is partially), you just don’t understand the advantages you have. So Toure suggests giving whitey their own race card. If you are white, you can disagree with a half black presidents policies and still be called a racist simply because the black half of the president doesn’t have the same advantages as the white half.
“So I propose we shatter that lack of awareness,” the host continued. “I’d say let’s do something entirely crazy. Let’s give white people their own race card! For some people, the term ‘race card’ has come to mean ‘a black person has mentioned race in an inappropriate way,’ but what I think it should mean is, ‘I’d like to use my race to get an advantage, please!’ And let’s be real, sometimes white people do that without even meaning to.”
Cue a random white guy on video, claiming that he’s never been turned down for a job because he looks like the “white guy” running the place. “I’m not even kidding,” he says.
“This race card can be used at job sites, shopping malls, police stops — wherever race matters!” Touré continued. “The genius of it is that it works just as white privilege does: you need do nothing to activate it. The advantage happens automatically, just like White History Month happens automatically.”
Does that mean us honkies can start are own racial greivance industry? Where could we find the white equivlents to Jesse Jackson, AL Sharpton, Ben Jealous or the NAACP?
